I have three servers hosted through Nitrado.

20 slot Ragnarok

10 slot Extinction

10 slot Island

I few days ago I tried to transfer from Ragnarok to Extinction. I go to our transmitter. Click on Transfer Survivor to Another Server. The cluster server list populates with both servers I should be able to connect to. I highlight Extinction and the Transfer Survivor button also highlights at the bottom, when I press the (Start) button, nothing happens and now the Transfer button at the bottom is no longer highlighted. I also tried clicking on the button at the bottom instead of pressing start. I didn't think it was important as others are able to transfer and seemed to only affect me.

Today a tribemate messages me and said he is now marooned on Extinction and is experiencing the same bug.

He has tried creating a new character on a different server not in the cluster.

Tried connecting to another server within the cluster from the main menu and hope for a DOWNLOAD SURVIVOR button.

I stopped and restarted all three servers and turned them on one by one.

I double checked the CrossArk setting and tokens and all good there.

Server have been up for 6 months with no issues.

I'm waiting on him to try and kill himself to see if that has any effect (doubtful)

I'm at a loss as to what to do next.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
