To set the scene, my base is built with a river running through it, and I never realised that it would be an issue until I saw a video of that location being raided extremely easily by using a box raft. I understand my 24H Timeout ban from the forum, but tbh you must see it from my/our position... mounths over mounths we are asking for bug fixes on reddit and official forum (threads and Tickets) ((in a friendly way)) -> the result of this was nothing so far. During the Valentines Event i was really pissed, because once again Prim+ players got nothing, and this is sad - it is even more sad, that my rage was leading to a positive result ((i asked you in my Reddit post that prim+ server could have the Breeding and Mating stats at least)), 2 hours after my rage and your response the Prim+ server recived the Valentines Mating/breed x3 Thanks for this! I read your post well and yeah .. i can understand, that you guys have trouble with prim+ patching (ps4 server were down for long due a critical failure) I am glad to see that you guys fixed the prim+ mod for the ps4 players :-) Here is a list of Bugs/Inbalance/QoL (Quality of Life) improvements: - Aberation: Rock Drake Saddle is missing (blueprint and looted once out of Drops) - Aberation: Not all Dino's are transferable ( Lightpets cant be transfered, Basilisk cant be transfered) Light Pets are really important to be transferable, because Reapers are possible to get and on Center/Island Ragnarok you cant counter them in anyway! - Moschops: Moschops are not rideable -Tek Quetz: You have a massive rubberbanding if you equiq a Platform saddle, even without building any stuff on it -Tek Stego: This dino is totally borken -> YOu can throw it into X-Plants , they will fire on it, but they cant hit it ... the shots are dont hit it and the shot is flying ahead this direction...... (so you can drain 100 xpalnts with 1 lvl 5 tek stego) -Aberation: Plant Z Seeds are not seedable (they are a cool primitive tool in my opnion and should be enabled) - Ragnarok: Only Fire Wyvern are transferable - Primitive plus: Loading Time, it is much better as it was on early release time, but still long (5-8 minutes for me,tribemembers also have 15-20 min Loading Time while joinen the server. Maybe you have a way to reduce it (since Atlas is a TCM somehow) -Primitive plus: Tepee's are placeable right next to enemy foundations- if you are tricky enough you can place them under a enemy base - and they will not find it in any way! -Agrentavis Argys are not able to lift Doedi and Anky :( Structure+ Update is coming closer and closer. Will Prim+ recive this update too ? If yes, will we recive seperate Structure plus Items for Brick Wall/Foundation/Ceiling.... and Lumber Wall/Foundation/Ceiling..... ? -Primitive plus: Many Structures are paintable, but dont apply the paint. (Brick Ceiling, Brick Wall, Brick Dino Gate, Modern Shelf , Brick Sloped Roof, Brick Ramp, Ceiling walls roof ramp from Lumber tier are also not paintable) Non plus ultra future Idea: Give Primitive "Tek" Engrams to Bosses- something complete new- like an altar for easier Item Transfer to other servers, maybe a siege cannon, which deals more dmg to Brick strucutres. I think since Atlas release there are tons of new Primitive tools :) -Server Cluster , if you make some bug fixes and reduce the loading time you could also add more Servers to the Cluster, ATM there is only 1x Island 1x Center 1x Ragnarok 1x Aberation - Space is limited and bigger tribes can block servers for themself- give people the option to move somewhere else. I can understand, that wildcard want people who loves primitive technology have to play Atlas, but Atlas is a pirate based game and not a Dino Based Game. at this moment every week new players are joining primitive plus because they dont like the tek on the official vanilla cluster- Primitive plus is much more Dino vs Dino based and its primitive :D - it is a lot of fun and Wildcard can make much more out of it. I was playing official smalltribes abberation today- grounded out a decent amount of metal, metal tools, 350 narcotics and 89 tranq arrows, got a FREE cryopod with 30 days from a cool guy and good flak, a 194ish spino, a lot of stone building materials. We were going to move, and started, then some fucker on a 305 managarmr named "Troll" one taps my spino and me, idiot doesn't collect anything. Fast forward to me running from 6:00 to 10:00 pm trying to transfer and with shitty timers on my loot I finally find a green drop, with barely any loot left. I lag spike and I die instantly, sleeping bag back, all gear gone, 3 minutes from transfer. Fuck managarmrs they're so unfun and unfair. [link] [comments]  | ||

The PvP crowd wants everything to be balanced against other players, since they won't care about PvE, and PvE players want to keep everything balanced against the environment. Many things were completely ruined because it had to fit with the PvP in ARK and yet after several years ARK PvP is still not a balanced experience
Next up? Kibble rework. It's obviously geared towards PvP where the end goal is to fight other players, and you just want to rack up dinosaurs quickly so you can do that. The kibble tree is a huge part of PvE and it always gives you something to work towards. I'm not saying the new kibble system should be discarded, the new system is probably better for PVP. All I'm saying is old kibble system is better for solo players so it should be available as a server option. So please, do not make the same mistake as before. Show us that you've learned. Keep both modes entertaining for each of their audiences. Don't ruin it for one side because the other side needs a bit of balancing. [link] [comments]  | ||
