    Help Figuring out Tames on Rag

    First of all, thank you to everyone that always helps out and answers my help requests, the game has been a lot easier with this reddit always there to help.

    I've tamed an equus, got lvl 174 Greymane standing outside my shack right now. I play on a 10 slot server with no boosted stats except for extra engrams, as well as 5 times taming, and it's just me and my friend right now. I live in the highlands, but am not sure what to do next.

    Theres some context, now what I needed help with is figuring out what else to tame now that I have an equus. I really want to get a some powerful carnivores, but just dont have the tools or tames to go find a rex or thyla, so I was thinking about taming some allos? My main goal rn is to venture into the redwood to start thyla taming and reproduction, cuz then I can travel the entireap easily, but obviously it's not a walk in the park to enter the redwoods.

    Any tips or suggestions on allo taming? Maybe carnos are better? Any other carnivores close by I'm not aware of? Anything stronger than a Dilo.

    If I give my male Rex a v day candy to change his color (for a short period of time) and breed him with my fem, would the baby's come out with permanent vday colors? Might be a dumb question but I'm just a little curious.

    Question for People who Play Single Player on Xbox with standard settings

    is Apprentice (Blue) Max level items with standard settings ??

    i have now played 472 hours killed 30 Alpha Raptor 30 Alpha Carnotaurus 2 Alpha T-Rex 1 Alpha Tyrannosaur 1 Alpha Leedsichthys and Loot beacons Red and Yellow with and with out ring for days

    and i have never seen anything about Apprentice (Blue)

    Edit: with standard settings, I mean you have not changed a single thing in standard settings

    About Across Ark:

    Our goal is to create an experience through ARK: Survival Evolved and all three of its DLCs that mimics the fantasy of living in Ark's story. This is for people who want to experience the fun of defeating the bosses, the accomplishment of ascending to Alpha status, and the joy of diving into the game's lore.

    We are not a clustered server, so we'll be moving through the DLCs as a group. Of course, different people will be ready to advance at different times. To account for this, we will be monitoring everyone's progress and will choose an appropriate time to move forward. There isn't a set formula for when this is, but community feedback will play a heavy part in the decision on when to move to the next map.

    We are a light RP server, so while roleplaying isn't required, we do ask that when you're using in-game chat that you only talk about things that are relevant in-game. Even if you don't choose to roleplay, you still have to follow our rules on metagaming.

    All player characters are Human. Waking up on the Ark restores your health. Lost limbs would be replaced, cancerous tumors removed, cybernetic augmentation lost and replaced with a healthy body. The player character can be from any time in Earth's history up to Modern Day. All characters must be at least 16 years or older.

    Server Information:

    Our server uses a special exp curve, easing the grind to end-game content and making the progression a smooth climb, rather than scaling a cliff-face.

    We are RPvPvE. Everything goes! Special accommodations can be made for people who wish to opt-out of PvP entirely. New and old RP-ers, or those that want to give RP a try are more than welcome here!

    Anyone built any mazes in ark preferably on the extinction map? I like the idea of setting a challenge for tribe mates with some sort of reward(loot) at the end. Maby even throw a few challenges along the way like wild dinos or pits with spikes ect. Pretty much looking for ideas on what to do and inspiration on where to build it.

    I play on PS4 so if you have one on an open server on that platform feel free to post the server name and I'll come check it out.

    Question about OSDs

    Can you somehow place turrets down at an osd to kill everything. I play on a boosted server so yes just 1 turret could help
