| How frequent should eggs be in SP? Posted: 20 Mar 2019 12:46 PM PDT I just recently bought the game after playing Ark Mobile for a while and loving it, especially the single player mode so far. However, one thing that seems weird to me is that I have only seen one egg in the week that I've been playing SP. Even the dodos I've tamed to try to start a kibble farm haven't layed any eggs yet. I've moved the LayEggInterval all the way down to .01 and still haven't see a thing. Ark Mobile had eggs all over the place, so I'm not sure if eggs are actually supposed to be this rare in the main game or if I'm just doing something wrong. | Are bolas working yet on Extinction? Posted: 20 Mar 2019 12:22 PM PDT I honestly couldn't bring myself to continue playing Extinction because of how many issues I was having with Bolas in certain areas (outskirts of the city, the forest cave area). Without them, early game becomes so much harder and I didn't have much interest in playing without them. But I really want to play and was curious if after the Homestead update there might have been some sneaky bug fixes in there for this issue? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 20 Mar 2019 09:42 AM PDT I have a relatively small 2x3 metal base. I currently have 8 Stone behemoth gates around it. Obviously if someone is persistent they will get through. But assuming I want to lay down layer after layer around the behemoth gates in my free time what is the most inexpensive but still useful "fence" I can put around it? I just wanna make them have to waste C4/rpgs on their way in. [edit] Thanks for the suggestions. To repeat, obviously no fence will prevent a smart persistent raider. But if I can get them to waste C4 it in my particular circumstance it increases the chance they won't have enough left to do much. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Aberration Berry Farming - Best Spots Posted: 20 Mar 2019 08:32 AM PDT Hello! I've looked everywhere online and I can't seem to find anyone else discussing this topic: What is the absolute best location on Aberration to quickly gather slotcaps of berries? Currently we have decent farm near blue surface entrance, but it's just really slow compared to the other maps. rttpgaming Our breeding has become so expansive on this map that at this point it will be worth it to throw down yet another teleporter pad just for berries - Even if it will save us only a few minutes on a run. So my question to you is, what is the best berry spot for the crab/steggo combo on Aberration? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 19 Mar 2019 01:57 PM PDT One fun thing that gets overlooked by many players of Extinction is the scout. If you get a high level BP you can make a pretty awesome little tool that's great for a hundred different uses. The scout's vision is awesome, but it falls short in one major way: Information. I think that adding the ability of a scout to detect the level of something at a distance, like a spyglass can, would make it immensely useful. Any thoughts? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 19 Mar 2019 05:25 PM PDT Hello, My unoffical server has the s+ mutator unlocked to be able to breed things that normally cant breed. such as mantis, which is where im having an issue. Ive bred some mantis up and cloned them for some tribe mates. But for some reason they are not eating. Their food keeps going down but they will not eat, not even force fed. has anyone else had an issue like this? [link] [comments]  |
