    I got a couple of my friends to try out Ark, so I was hoping I could find a decent official server to start on with space to build, without the entire map pillared, and without the obelisks blocked or any of the typical Ark nonsense.

    Is building a base in the waterfall too obvious? Or are any of the YouTube “best solo base” areas too obvious?

    I've only found 1 nice place to hide my base that I can't find anything about online, but it was found after a week or so and wiped, now I'm building in the waterfall on rag by the broken building inside the water (29,29ish). I'd like to note getting in and out is a huge pain because I don't have flyers yet, and my tribe mate (duo) hasn't been able to make it there without dying lol. I can drop down into base but he can't, I managed to throw a bed down for him to down, only for some hawk looking bird Dino to come into the top of my base (incomplete) and get stuck, destroying everything. Took out some walls, and he still won't leave lol. Hoping tonight he despawned or just left. But anyways is it too obvious? As a solo I rely on hidden more than defense

    Hey,does anyone know if ark on switch will have dlc? It seems like switch games don’t get as much attention as there console counterparts like how mk11 is not getting dlc on the switch at all.

    Pull resources button?

    Hi!

    So I've seen some youtube videos where the guy has an inventory button that pulls resources from nearby structures. It only transfers the necessary amount to craft the selected item. It is a small button on the top left of his inventory (near engrams etc)

    Is this a mod? 'Cause I couldn't find it anywhere.

    Does anybody know? :)

    Which dino is better at hunting

    I have now 2 allo's from lvl 270 and 1 rex from 150 and 1 thylacoleo lvl 240 what dino do I need to tame or do i need to breed my allo's

    Hey everyone

    Since a few weeks ago i was looking for a good server to play on with a couple of my friends and after spending a few seasons on other servers i felt it was time to fix all the issues with the others I watched one server ask people what they would like as the rates of the server everyone wanted 75x but admin overrulled and put it 25x making peoples opinion worthless I aim to change that and so much more!I have setup an ark server recently and would love new players to come and join for some FUN!. There is plans to have fun community events on the server but we will have community feedback before we add them There is no limitations on tames etc so feel free to tame as many gigas and quetzals as you wish !! however there is a tribe limit of 350 total dinos per tribe

    Like i cloned a rex that I swear looks like rexy from jurassic world and a Griffin. The Griffin took 6 minutes to clone and the rex took 2 minutes. And both took about 10k shards to clone. But the thyla takes 2.8 million shards and its a 94 like wtf. Can someone explain to me who was on drugs when they decided these ridiculous numbers please. Thanks.

    Pve base defense.

    Quick question for all the pros out there. Every now and then on the center server I'm on someone like to drop a wild giga in someone's base, as of lately I've been taking up base defense. I've placed quite a few heavies all over, but what I'm wondering is if plant x still works? I've been doing some reading and someone had mentioned that they don't work against wild gigas anymore. Anyone experience this? I was going to place down quite a few of them but not going to waste my time if they don't effect them at all. I play official pve btw.
