| Posted: 20 Jul 2019 06:56 AM PDT As you all may know ark valguero update is already released on all platforms but windows 10. The delay in itself is an issue, however theres an even bigger elephant in the room that isnt being talked about. Because of the fact that ark windows 10 and Xbox share servers and the servers update with Xbox and are not on a uniform schedule, windows 10 users effectively lose the option to play multiplayer at all during the time in limbo between updates. Additionally nitrado updates servers automatically with ark meaning your stuck unable to even play on a server you as a windows 10 user have paid for. Now dont get me wrong ark on steam is way better and I own it as well. However my 3 brothers and our friends own xbox consoles, therefore I choose to play with them over having a far superior experience. I have almost 13k hours in ark and have been playing since the alpha stages. The misscommunication is one thing, but getting your schedule together is your already occuring downfall wildcard. So far, our Xbox users have got the update. While our Windows 10 comrades are stuck in limbo waiting for the release. I've stalked out the forums and even stalked the Nitrado forums and have received no updates on the issue. I understand the ARK staff team and others are aware of this, but I came seeking a possible ETA on the release for Windows 10.
