Saw an owl and baby dinos just sitting there, frozen, owl not being ridden or anything. I waited to see what was going on but the guy hasn't been online in 6 hours... | Can't weigh down oviraptor anymore? Posted: 23 Nov 2019 10:53 AM PST Hi, just tamed an oviraptor after several months of enjoying a break from Ark. But I can't weigh it down like I used to do. If I fill it up with stones or wood, it "consumes" them after several minutes. Not all at once, but after a few "consumes" and minutes it ends up with zero weight. Almost like it eats resources as food now :) Is it the same for everybody else or is it related to one of the (weight-)mods I'm using? (btw: The ovi can still escape from the wooden cage or walls build around it. Seems like that hasn't been fixed yet) Thanks [link] [comments]  | ||

| Did they change offline dino food consumption? Posted: 23 Nov 2019 02:31 AM PST I'm breeding gigas, and I had my juvenile gigas out over night. When I came back after ~7 hours the gigas have grown and are fine (food stat is okay), however the meat in the troughs was barely touched. Didn't expect that, I'm used to come back to empty troughs. | Posted: 23 Nov 2019 02:22 AM PST So i bought a dedicated server after playing on local single player for a while and discovering that my caves are empty and no matter what i try it doesn't fix it. Now the problem is again the caves. Initially i setup the server with Difficulty 1 and Override Difficulty 10 which should make max wild dino level to 300 but i'm using Creature Finder Deluxe mod and when checking the levels are correct i noticed there are dinos with lvl 890. After a lot of trial and error, i decided to remove all mods but the creature finder and change the settings to difficulty 1 and override 5 which should make max wild dino lvl to 150. Again, checking the spawns i notice the cave dinos are way over, up to 435. What is going on ? Is it because of the turkey event ? is it normal for cave dinos to ignore these settings ? My question is if I add S+ to my game, will it get rid of my already built bases and items? There is multiple posts/threads on numerous places talking about how they frequently run the cave for loot crates, but I'm convinced they're lying. Myself & my tribemates have tried all kinds of creatures but the arthropluera just shred your gas masks to pieces. Any strats we are missing? [link] [comments]  | ||
