| Posted: 21 Dec 2019 11:37 PM PST I played this game with my brother within the first few days it launched in beta and racked up well over 300 hours in the first few months. There were a plethora of issues with the game and it made sense, a very ambitious game in beta will most likely have a lot of bugs. I installed the game again after a few years and still some of the same issues all this time later somehow. Only an hour in and I've ran into 3-4 of the exact same bugs. Things like how you get stuck coming out of water for a second and it makes you jump, your bow freezing and needing to be swapped just to get it to work again, killing an enemy and having their corpse fly away from you, etc... By far the worst is the god awful hit detection though. I have no idea how, but the hit detection got worse since I last played. If you don't hit the dino directly in the middle of the body it won't count as a hit. In a game where your resources can be limited like early on with narcotics, getting no hit reg on 20 of your 40 arrows is awful. Is this issue being looked at or has there been some sort of workaround? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Fish Baskets completely bugged? Posted: 22 Dec 2019 09:30 AM PST So just tried catching 2 2.5x Coelacanths, a 0.9x Coelacanth and a Trilobite, all were successfully caught but when released from the basket they all just instantly vanish. I don't know if posts like this are looked down on, but I'm just trying to get some tames that would take a lot of time that I don't have to acquire. I am mostly interested in flyers, especially a snow owl or mana. Just let me know what you want for them, usually it seems like people need bullets. The more stuff you have to offer the better, I'm just trying to experience some of these higher level tames I have always had a rough time getting. I am on PS4 btw!! [link] [comments]  | ||

| Ideas/suggestions for 3 Player serve Posted: 22 Dec 2019 12:58 AM PST (I know things like this boil down to personal preference but I'm open to hear others to see if it works) Hey so I'm looking to set up a server for just 3ppl and I would like to have things to do like cave runs and boss fights with good exploration. I'm looking for help with a Map with World bosses and changeling caves plus and MODs and/or Settings that make the game more fun. Things we normally use/like: Awesome Teleports, S+, Automated ArK. some type of reusable gear mod and stacks if we lift the gather rates Really like at the Primal Fear mods but they seemed so unbalanced God Tier dinos with 45+Million HP and those arn't the top lvl dinos Thanks for any and all help. My character is lvl 12, but I'm still unable to access it. I don't understand what I've done wrong. Made sure to have it bound to default to access it, aka F, but it still refuses to work. I've seen that it is possible to uninstall dlc, but I can't find it in my steam library, it looks like the "dlc" tab don't exist ! (In Ark propreties menu) Do you know if I could manually erase the some folders ? I would like to save some disk space to install another game :) Thanks in advance for any reply !
