| Epic games + Mods seems to not work atm Posted: 11 Jun 2020 10:07 AM PDT A friend of mine got Ark now from Epic Games and I just set up a server for my friends and myself and we wanted to now have just a few mods like S+ but now I have a message telling me that atm players from Epic Games are allowed on my server and therefore the mods are being disabled. | Crystal Isles Mod/New DLC Compatibility & Differences Posted: 11 Jun 2020 10:38 AM PDT Hey all, Haven't quite had the time to download the new Crystal Isles expansion (I'm in the process of doing that now). My friend and I had just started playing on the modded ISO Crystal Isles map, but we stopped when we heard it was being made official in the next week. So now, I was just wondering what the differences between the modded and official release are, and if I can/should still use the same ISO Crystal Isles mod in my server launch (I use Ark Server Manager). | Epic Games cross platform with xbox? Posted: 11 Jun 2020 10:29 AM PDT the internet says steam version is incompatible with other platforms except ps4, and you must buy the windows 10 version to play the xbox version, but nothing is said about the epic games store. epic games released a lot of crossplatform games, so maybe they enabled it? the latest info i have of this is from a year ago. no reason to link because all of the conclusions were buy windows 10 edition, which im fine with as i have game pass for xbox, i dont need to buy it, but would like to cross platform with my son since the epic games store made it potentially convenient [link] [comments]  | ||
| I can't kill Alpha King Titan with a Blink Rifle (details below) Posted: 11 Jun 2020 06:23 AM PDT I play on a private Valguero server, and spawned Alpha King Titan into the underground ocean. I shot him with the Admin Blink Rifle, and i saw his bar drop. But he just didn't die. I was killing those membranes that spawned, and the corrupted dinos. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance. Edit: Also I didn't just use the Blink Rifle. I also spawned in a MEK, a 734% AR, and a primitive hatchet. None of which could kill him. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Looking for a standalone no-fuel torch mod Posted: 11 Jun 2020 09:09 AM PDT Hey all, hopefully title explains what I'm looking for. I used to use S+ for the torches/etc, but since so much has been integrated into vanilla, S+/Super Structures seems excessive for just this one feature. Playing on a 3-person PVE server. We just want our lights to come on. Since we're also using platforms plus, I suppose the related question is this: Is it possible to disable certain mod features in the config files? Don't want my players getting confused with too many engrams. [link] [comments]  |
