| TIFU by picking the wrong base location. Posted: 24 Jul 2020 06:58 AM PDT So I've popped over to Rag to get a decent thyla because honestly F The Island's crappy levels and spawns. Headed down to the South of the desert where the map says thylas are common. I have a thing about always wanting to be high up so I built my base on this nice flat topped pillar thing, it's massive and I thought it'd be a neat base. Now I was aware of rock elementals but I've never seen one in the...stones? before, and I didn't realise they were on Rag. THERE ARE TEN OF THEM ON TOP OF THIS PILLAR MOUNTAIN. TEN. One is a level 145, couple of other high levels and like six low levels. I sincerely regret picking this spot for my base. I mean I can lure them off the edges but they're taking like 30 damage from my wyvern so I can't kill them. Ugh. [link] [comments]  |

| I lost my bronto and all my stuff �� Posted: 23 Jul 2020 10:36 PM PDT (btw the map is rag) So today i was on my favriout server right? right, so i had built a base on top of a bronto (not the smartest choice i know) i was going about my buissness as i usally do, ya know, going for drops and cool dinos, i saw a drop and it wasnt on the path i was needing to go, so i steerd off track a little and went for the drop, i got some saddles out of it so i was happy, i had my bronto follow me, i got tierd and was about to head to bed, i told myself i would get back on track tomorrow, right as i layed my character down in the bunk beds in the base on the bronto i hear a noise, once it got closer i instintlly knew what it was, i got up and went out of the base to see my brontos health plumet into the low, the thing that had attack me was a wyvern, so apperently when i steerd off track, i steerd off track right into out skirts of the wyvern area, which i was to stupied to figuer out after the fact, so i logged off the server because i was too tierd to deal with this, no one else was around that area so it should be frozen there, so when i log back on tomorrow i have to watch my bronto die and all my stuff get lost, because there is no way the wyvern is leting me escape with all my loot, but it just happens man. Side not #1 (short version)- I make bad mistake, wyvern gonna kill my bronto and me and my loot will be lost to him. Side note #2 Im fine if i die though, i'll get a fresh start and with a fresh start i get tons of possiblitys in the area is spawn that mabey i didnt have in the area i was in, who knows, mabey i'll get lucky. Side Note #3 sorry if, i used to many commas in this, my grammar is bad or you didnt enjoy the story, deal with it. Side not #4 i hate wyverns. Edit 1 - Periods. [link] [comments]  |
