    So me and a friend have been playing some pve with each other after Ark became free for epic games, I heard ragnarok is good but it doesn't work on the Epic Games version of Ark, We played Valguero for a few days but the map is very buggy in some areas, and overall bland IMO, I've tried looking up if Crystal Isles is good, but all the posts are from at least a year ago, I would test it but the map takes about 48 Gigs of space and I don't wanna delete some stuff just to find out crystal isles is bad, so is it worth spending time on, or will I find disappointment in the end

    I need help again. What do you guys suggest for tame progression? I always get a Argy, Anky and then some parasaurs and trikes. What tames should I focus on achieving next?

    Why we're looking for users to stress test our system

    EasyEUHosting is a new hosting provider that just launched after a few months of development. Our panel is a custom config made for TC-Admin 2.0 MVC. If this is not allowed please delete it but i think it should be ok.

    Basically to get a feel for how we need to plan for the future we would like to stress test our systems and to this, we would like to give away free ark hosting for 2 months to 30 people on the condition the servers are on 24/7 and have active players.

    What we're doing and why we're different

    So our prices on the site are very low currently simple because we want to get a high volume of users on to stress the system, hence why we're even giving it away =D. What we've done is partnered with a Frankfurt data center and then created a Gre Tunnel to Voxility costing £1700 a month this allows us to protect all of our game servers with 1600Gbps multi-layer DDoS protection, including layer 7. We then have all data routed over a virtual firewall where we apply a variety of filter scripts we have written for Ark to improve protection. This two-stage protection makes it very, very hard to down one of these machines.

    What we're hosting on

    We're currently only using in house i9 9900k and Ryzen 3950x hardware since we found them to have the best cost to performance ratio for us, however, we would like to stress these out and see if they are the best hardware choice for us since again all of this is company-owned hardware and we want to make sure its the right option.

    The Panel

    Like most providers nowadays our panel features all the creature comforts you expect like a mod installer, gameusersettings.ini, and game.ini config tools, cluster support, cross-play with epic games and steam, plus a tone of different command-line options. We're using TC-Admin 2.0 MVC with configs we have made.

    0 ping non dedicated! Can't host dedicated!

    Hi i have a problem. This is my first time posting in reddit so i hipe everyone can cut me some slack.

    Whenever I host a non dedicated session it loads up fine, but when I check my ping it is 0.

    Whenever I host dedicated server, my whole game crashes.

    It's been over a month since i donwloaded this game free from EGS. i hope someone has a solution

    Overfilled Obelisk Glitch

    On my dedicated server cluster one of my friends uploaded a ton of our items to an obelisk for transferring to another server and then he suddenly crashed upon opening any inventory, including the obelisk. Now we cannot access his obelisk items and a vast majority of our quality items are located there. I have access to the cluster data for where the items are stored, but it is in hexadecimal and even a program specifically designed for reading such files cannot make sense of anything. How can I get those items back without deleting all obelisk information?

    EDIT: I solved this problem by transferring everything to singleplayer, and then splitting the uploads into groups, then moving each back to the server one by one.

    Trike death effect

    After killing a trike for it keratin I went up to it and i got this weird effect that made my screen glow. The symbol was a trike skull surrounded by red. Dose anyone kno what this was?
