| So I just bought ARK and I'm a little confused. Posted: 04 Aug 2020 12:15 PM PDT I saw ARK was extremely discounted and bought the version with all 3 expansions. I'm a little confused though. First off, are the expansions entirely different maps? Also, what would be the best way to play with friends? I don't have another PS4 to host a dedicated server on, so that's out of the question. Preferably, we'd like a fresh world to start, so I'm guessing the non-dedicated option would be for us, but if there's any other option, then I'd love to know. Lastly, can someone give me a quick rundown of what we should be doing at the start of the game? It'd probably be easier to look up a guide but all I've found are 3 years old so I'd prefer some up to date info. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments]  |
