The store page says 60-ish gigs of storage are needed, but when I try to install the game (with 90-something gigs available) it give an error message saying something like 108 gigs are needed. | The Dunkle change didn't apply properly to the X variant Posted: 05 Aug 2020 08:23 PM PDT As the title states, the changes made to dunkle's doesn't seem to have been applied to the x variant. The weight reduction isn't there and neither is the speed increase. I was really excited that my Dunkle might finally have a use but as the changes aren't there, it still has no purpose. | Is there any method to keep aberration surface safe? (unofficial unmodded) Posted: 06 Aug 2020 05:38 AM PDT I was wondering if there was any method to make the surface on aberration safe to build on, but I was also wondering if my idea would work? I know that there is a "trigger" around 05:30am to start the daylight destruction effect, and it ends around 05:30 pm. In singleplayer, I can change the time to day (past 05:30am) during the night, and I will not experience the burning effect due to not hitting the 05:30am daylight trigger. Is it possible to *skip* time forward at about 05:20 to 05:40 with a script to avoid daylight trigger? I know there are commands to change the time of day, could you apply this to a server's code? | Breeding Twin Mutations Question Posted: 05 Aug 2020 10:52 PM PDT Question.. can twins not both iterate mutations into a bloodline, or are previous generation introductions not counted? I assume you cannot take the same Dino's Mutation and continually introduce it down the line for infinite stacking? Do Twins count as the same dino? Here's the scenario, hope it's readable. Parents have mutated female twins with +1 atk: 1A(m) + 1B(f) 2A(f), 2B(f) Breed father to daughter 1, get male w/ +1atk, also gains +1HP 1A(m) + 2A(f) 3A(m) Breed new male(+1atk,+1HP) to other twin daughter (+1Atk).. 3A(m) + 2B(f) 4A(m). This male shows 2 Mat and 1 Pat mutation. Actual stats show +1 Atk, +1 HP. Which concept am I missing to understand this? [link] [comments]  | ||

I'm starting on the Island and before going to Scorched Earth Ill have to Ascend on Alpha. I'm enjoying my run so far, but I've been constantly crashing. That would bother me too badly if it was a small interruption, but it constantly wipes away progress. I just made 8000 gunpowder, and then I crashed. Is there any fix for this or am I just screwed? | question about parasaur detection Posted: 05 Aug 2020 03:24 PM PDT last time i played, i had people telling me to get a parasaur to help with online base defense. but half the bases i ever found, i found them because i got a big message on my screen saying that someone's parasaur had detected. so if i want to stay somewhat hidden in the early game, is it best to not get one? i realy wish the wiki had a bit more useful information about this. like, i cant even find on the wiki page where it tells you that players who are detected get that warning [link] [comments]  | ||
