Ark PS4 So, on singleplayer, I cannot ascend without my character getting erased.

So, on singleplayer, I cannot ascend without my character getting erased.
I’ve completed every achievement, found every explorer note and killed every boss. So why am I not spawning with my skins? Yes, I do have the default survivor items option on.
Found a nice 150 male Argy on my Singleplayer Crystal Isles world
Will you be able to play ark with PS4 players if you're playing on PS5

According to everyone else, it's only me. I thought everyone had this problem... any suggestions on how I can fix it? I've deleted the game and redownloaded it, erased saved data, and neither worked. I'm on ps5 playing with it now and it still does the same thing...
