| Bobby Potter and the Audacity of this Bitch Posted: 26 Nov 2020 08:14 AM PST I started playing on hardcore. I built up a big thatch building and leveled up to 17. I fully expected for my base to be demoed overnight but I was pleasantly surprised to see it still standing when I woke up. I go out to farm some mats and when I get back I hear the telltale sound of someone whacking at my wall. I go inside, put my stuff away, go back out and look around to see a level 8 bob just whacking away without a care in the world. I club him out, take his stuff and he dies to my dilo. I repaired the wall and go back out, 5 min later I come back and hes there again, now level 3, same spot, just going to town trying to get in with his stone hatchet. I go smite him, repair the wall, and start making some weapons and tools. About 5 minutes after that... WHACK WHACK WHACK hes back. Repeat this for about 10 of his deaths. I replaced the walls with wood but I had to go to work so I'm sure he broke in by now, but damn this dude just wasnt getting the message, I was impressed by his dedication to getting my stash of fiber and thatch. | Posted: 25 Nov 2020 11:41 PM PST So I was on genesis today and crashed in the lunar biome. (I play Unofficial Pc Sessions btw) Ever since then I couldn't get into my server except for a few times. So what basically would happen is I join, the screen goes dark and then I'm kicked out to the main menu again. I repeat this and it loads the game bit by bit until I'm in but then it kicks me out after I teleport or jump. I tried restarting ark, uninstalling it, unplugging my xbox, restarting my xbox and leaving the game untouched for hours but they all don't work. If someone can help that would be great. Kinda bummed out I cant play ark on my break. Edit: I can join other servers but not the one I play on. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Need Help with Flattening foundation Floors Posted: 26 Nov 2020 06:03 AM PST So I recently got into Ark and have been trying out the "Pillar Trick" while building my new base. I was able to build the entire foundation floor, however I've been unable to flatten out the tops of the foundations despite my best attempts at replicating the videos I have seen. However, after installing the game for 200 gb, it now has installed roughly another 80 gb on top of that, and keeps updating still.
