    So I've messed around in the past with slaughtering dead baby parasaurs for their metal, dust and electronics. I tried make it more viable by scaling up the amount giving birth so I have about 40 tek parasaurs raining eggs into a small spot where I have an animal set on aggressive (which is currently a wolf as it seems better than my therizino). Way less resources are gathered if I am not sat on the wolf which I understand but if I where to sit around and wait for say 50 parasaurs to be born and then kill them all at once whether I am doing the attacking or not I will get no resources at all? What is happening here? I've read in the server settings that loot can be simplified to help with server lag caused by mass killings, pretty surevthat is turned off. Any help or suggestions as to how you increased the effectiveness of your slaughter farms would be appreciated.

    GPU usage issues

    So i played ark but my gpu is not at 100% usage all the time. it drops to ~50% when i am in certain areas like my base and the city in extinction. i have noticed that these areas are very demanding but i dont know why the gpu doesnt go to 100%. I also have the game running at high settings and medium shadows.

    My specs are:

    -GTX 1650 (overclocked)
    -Xeon E5-2620 v3
    -16GB RAM
    -Samsung 970 plus 500 GB

    These are things i have done:

    -Use all cores
    -low memory mode
    -set the launch options to high
    -I did put on the power modes for both nvidia and windows to max performance

    I'm playing with my friend on non dedicated with the only mod being S+. I start the mission and no matter what chair is sit in or what press it will not cast the rod. Why is this happening?

    Why isn't ARK as popular as it once was?

    I remember back in 2015/2016, ARK was all the rage. Servers would get populated and people would really grind into it. Now, I look into the Official Servers and the population never goes beyond 20 people at a time. Why is this so? Was there a massive burnout, or perhaps did everyone just move on? What are your thoughts?

    Don't get me wrong; I love ARK and play a lot, but I just feel it'd be far more fun if there were more people to play with and against.
