    Blurry vegetation in the distance

    hi

    My friends graphis looks blury in the distance especially vegetation far away from the caracter. We couldnt find anything about it if there is a way to make it look better as it may be the game itself. The same thing happens in Atlas. Please se attached imgur gallery.

    I lost everything on small tribes for ramdom wipe, not fair..

    Hi everybody, finally I can start to grow on a server hidden on my rathole, but today I try to enter to the server and not see my bed, I think somebody raid me but now I dont have tribe, the structures of my base disappear and looks like the server wipes ramdomly... is hard enought to play official and is more hard when u loses all for nothing, can I contact with the support to recover some stuff? Is normal this wipes? Or I should stop playing official?

    Alpha Ascension: Kept my stuff but maybe not my buddy

    Just alpha ascended! Buddy and I prepared a dozen hyped-up rexes, a dozen whiz-bang theris, an awesome yuti, a pig with all the Hometown Buffets in the world inside, a few dimorphs (as an experiment), and our trustworthy otters. Plus every possible ascendant gun, tek armor, and enough healing potions and soups to end the California drought.

    We're on a non-dedicated server, so most of the vids and posts about the tek cave and overseer contain info that isn't always totally accurate in our case.

    Case in point: the hardest part about the cave--getting your dinos in--is 1,000 times harder on non-dedicated due to tethering. Regardless of your settings, whenever the host player goes in or out of the entrance to direct the whole crew in, the other player(s) get insta-teleported to them. Not only does that mean you have effectively only one player to do anything, it also creates massive confusion and congestion. Somehow, we got 28 of the 31 dinos in!

    But I wish we hadn't. 26 dinos (the two otters are maintenance free on our shoulders) is just too damn much for two people to administer through the narrow passages of the cave. With the daisy-chain follow setting that you need so that they don't try going four-astride on a ledge that can only accommodate one, it just takes one or two false moves or errors--the wrong dino falls into the lava and everyone follows.

    Nice surprise: the dimorphs were able to fly in the cave. They did an especially admirable job with the smaller creatures who can be your downfall, like microraptors, and enemies lurking on walls and ceilings. We brought them to see if they could fly in the overseer zone, so they were a bonus in the tek cave (especially when so many of our other dinos ended up in the lava).

    However, upon teleporting into the overseer's den...no dimorphs. The flyers just don't go with you. Well, that's what we were testing. Oh well.

    In the end, our crew of 31 was down to just three rexes and the two otters. We were not optimistic. But we had our wits and our weapons. And the one unridden rex did a great job taking on the overseer directly without having to worry about the stun/dismount rays. But rexes turned out to be frustratingly slow in a battle with a fast-moving overseer who is only vulnerable to attack episodically.

    If we do it again, we'll take half as many dinos. Maybe just four rexes, six theris, the yuti, pig, and otters, and four dimorphs. Maybe fewer. Just because you can take 50 doesn't mean you should take 50; or even, it turns out, 31.

    Another non-dedicated/single-player datapoint: our survivors didn't get wiped or glitched. I (the host) kept my entire inventory and hot bar, but not my equipped armor. My buddy didn't keep anything, however. We rushed to the glowing red dome after the win, not realizing that doing so would instantly trigger the ascension and we wouldn't have time to transfer his stuff into a dino for safe-transferring. Don't make our mistake.

    Mind-numbing, enraging, frustrating, invigorating, and winning. A fitting close to this phase of our Ark adventure.

    Summon nearest wild dino of a breed?

    Is there a command to say, summon the nearest wild otter? Not summon a new one. So not "summon" or "sdf".

    I'm using Beacon to try to replace seagulls with otters, and I think I just deleted them both. I was going to mess with it some more, but I already can't see otters very well, so I was just wondering if there's a simpler way to check on the otter population than eyeballing it.

    Edit 2: that number changes on a dino wipe until server reboot resets at 0 or 1.

    A question about the King Titan fight (Extinction)

    Hello everyone, I play on an unofficial PC PVE server in a 2 people tribe. We did the Gamma King Titan yesterday successfully. We used 33 Gigano and 36 Reaper King. No titan tamed cause i'm too lazy. I want to try the Beta but i'm a bit scared cause the Gamma hit like a truck, so i can't imagine the Beta .... We got a problem during the fight. I sent all our Reapers on "Attack this target" on the King Titan but it seems a bit broken. The Giganos just went fine but Reapers were just running on his legs, unable to hit it (even when he kneeled), just like if they were out ouf range. I tried to whistle on both legs but it didn't seem to fix it. Do anybody ever experienced this ? Any idea to fix it ? I also tried to whistle "Agressive" but same issue. Thanks in advance for your help !

    Looking for a tribe.

    I play Ark on ps4 on a server cluster CrossArk14. I'm currently on The Island, but have once again lost everything for the 3rd time. I was wiped with two friends of mine once by the alpha tribe SWAT, wiped a second time on Valguero by (I think) one of the alpha tribes alliance tribes. I have tried running with the people I usually talk to but honestly they're useless. I'm tired of getting wiped and will explain in more detail some plans of mine if anyone is interested in creating a tribe. I am looking for people who are willing/able to put in more than a little bit of time, though I'm not asking you to dedicate your life to it. And I am also looking for people who are mature, and not going to just be a-holes. DM me if you are interested.

    Question About Player Headshot Damage in PVP

    So my question is regarding headshot damage.

    What is the damage modifier when landing a headshot on a player character (Survivor)?

    If I deal X amount damage to a player (Survivor) and its a headshot, how much will this damage increase by? 1x, 2x, 3x, etc.

    Ark ps4 pro split screen issue

    Hey so my brothers have been having a problem on there ps4 pro and ark so what happens in that one of them can join but then when the other joins the second screen appears but it's completely white and the second to join starts to control the firsts screen but then the death screen shows up and the second can spawn but the first can't do anything.

    Please any help would be appreciated we also had the same problem on our old ps4 we have also deleted and reinstalled ark but it doesn't work.
