- Someone please help me. At this point I've spent 8+ hours just trying to get this game to run so I can play with a friend. Now everytime I try to start a world, multiplayer or single player, I get this error. I'm on pc. I've tried validating files, I've tried reinstalling, and much more.

I have seen mods that have them but also have 1000000000000 other parts so if theres one that has something that is basically just the potions let me no I would love to grind and come back with a few of them [link] [comments]  | ||

First playthrough - Single Player - The Island - No Mods Ok so I started my first base on a cliff near Stonehenge cave (didn't know it was there at the time). I've got a Theri, Carno, Sarco, Parasaur, and two raptors there. Got up to fabricator and started venturing out. Took Pteradon to mountain in redwoods I've now got 3 Argy, Doed, Anky, and a Sabertooth. Made a small outpost on the mountain to start smelting all the metal I have. I'm currently farming animals around it to get stuff for fur armor, and I have metal armor already. 1.) So I am re-thinking the main base location since even with an argy it takes about 3-5 stops to fly back and forth from the mountain. Its dead center south, so far from the snow biome too. I've watched some videos and was considering easter waterfall since it has access to multiple biomes and metal mountain. Depending on the answer to 1 just 2.) I think I should go back to my first base and start a farm yes? At least first base is on the river so easy access to water 3.) Custom recipes do I really need to respec to make it worth it. I'm 80 and I don't want to constantly wipe and re-select my engrams. Since single player maybe I'll just boost up my crafting to like 250 and use the chili's? 4.) The other reason my first base was nice is its next to the ocean. I need oil, and so I was about to start venturing down into ocean to get that side of farming/production going. 5.) Do I need to tame a quetzal at this point? I need the pearls to make the saddle and a few other things, but I almost wonder if a fleet of ARGY would be better. I can just load them all up and have them follow me home? 6.) I'm in redwood mountain and saw allosaur and Rex. I know I need them eventually, but I feel like I'm getting ahead of myself. Like my tames are exceeding my production abilities? 7.) Should I just go back to the main base and work on getting the previous mentioned dino's leveled up some? Thanks for any advice!! | Posted: 05 Jul 2021 12:49 PM PDT Im trying to breed tapejaras. I got a 95 male and a 35 female (shit I know). The male has good stamina and the female has good weight. Every baby that has come out has either. The issue is that all males have the stamina and all females have the weight. Should I just keep trying? Or am I missing something? [link] [comments]  | ||

I have successfully managed to "sneak" my camouflaged shadowmane throught the cave, but one dino plus my trusty pump-action shotgun only got the overseer down to 10% health before ammo ran out and my dino died. As an interesting side-note: currently (patch 332.9) my shadowmane auto-feeds on sweet vegetable cake and heals itself! My glider guiding is not good enough to reach the cold part of the tek cave without getting stuck on a wall and being eaten by a Rex, so soloing without tames is off the table, as well. Aside from a highlevel giga (that I do not have) is there another way to clear the lava part and lead an army to the teleporter at the end?!? If I'm struggling this much with the gamma-version, I don't have much hope to ever survive alpha :-( [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 04 Jul 2021 03:57 PM PDT I left my thatch base and iguanadon (who was standing still), and while I was gone I got a notification that my iguanadon was killed by a triceratops. I have no idea why they were fighting, but I can only assume that the triceratops must have started it. Anyway, I went back to avenge her murder but failed. When I died and respawned, I thought he would resume being peaceful, but then he went crazy and destroyed my entire base. All I could do was watch helplessly. What the heck happened and why?
