| Posted: 18 Oct 2021 07:26 AM PDT Even though FPS is really high across the board (100+), there's often stutter when loading assets for some reason. I run at maximum settings (1080p 100% resolution scale), only " allow enhanced max view distance mode" is disabled (and bloom + light shafts). Specs:

| Posted: 17 Oct 2021 02:32 PM PDT So i've recently started playing ark, and I haven't made much progress. I'm level 91 but I barely barely have a base. I have a couple of tames like a lvl 51 sarco, and a lvl 53 spino. The problem with me is I'm just to cautious, and scared to try to do much. Although with my spino, I ran around the whole island and body checked every dino I ran into. However, when it comes to the ocean I am deathly afraid. Anyone have tips to help me get over my fears??? | Posted: 17 Oct 2021 01:07 PM PDT Just updated and installed Ark on my PS5 and am getting screen tearing and pretty consistent stutters. This was the first time booting it up on my console. Turned off high detail and light shafts to no avail. Also tried toggling HDR but still had issues. This was in offline single player. Anybody else having these problems? [link] [comments]  | ||
| Am i doing something wrong breeding? Posted: 17 Oct 2021 03:48 PM PDT So, i get the whole breeding thing (or i least i tought i did), i tamed alot of wilds, got some nice specific stats and created the perfect pair with exactly the same stats. Got a perfect male and about 15 perfect females (i know its not alot but keep reading), so the problem is when it comes down to mutations, the 1st mutation usually happens pretty fast, then i swap in the new male to breed with the clean perfect females expecting a 2nd mutation but that never happens, this is happening in 3 lines at the same time tropical wyverns, argentavis and mantis, been like 2 or 3 months now bredding everytime possible and not a single egg comes out with a second mutation on the incubator, always with no mutations or the existing one. Am i doing something wrong? I play on official so its not a modding problem. [link] [comments]  | ||
