Equus should be everyone's first tame Posted: 23 Nov 2021 10:58 PM PST Seriously, seeing tons of "tips for beginners" no one is saying this. 1) Equus are passive tame. You can feed them mejoberries and get 100% taming effectiveness if you are good at the minigame 2) They do not need a saddle. 3) They are good to maneuver (not sure if spelled correctly) so easy to run away from other dinos. 4) Can knock out pretty much every Dino. They are literally the first thing you can do after gathering berries. I was constantly dying on Aberration, with all the raptors and ravagers. Even in the 'safest' place there were raptors. I tamed an Equus and thst was it. Couple of hours later I had two raptors, a couple of ravagers and an Iguanodon. I went through the Island and SE without them, but they would have made my life so much easier. [link] [comments] | ||
