    If your reddit account is nothing but you promoting your YouTube channel your videos will be removed. This is a policy we've had, but due to distractions in life we haven't been able to uphold that and properly care for the rules. I take full accountability of that, that's my bad.

    I cannot go through and clean up all the videos, but I have tried to at least get what I can.

    This is mainly a reminder moving forward.

    Single player issues

    Hey all three issues am having in single player
    -Supply drops don't spawn at all (no I did not disable them in settings)
    -resource nodes don't seem to respawn even when the respawn rate is set for 0.25

    -So I set the difficulty to 10 in the ini file and it works just fine when I first load Ark up. However when I get back on another time I find I have to go back and reset back to 10 because it goes back to 1 difficulty.
    Does anyone know a fix for any of these?

    so we have found a spot for green house and planting in the cave so for water how do we deal with irrigation? is it just canteens and matel reservoir or is there a spot where i can use the intake to get water into my crops? (not gonna get water from all the way outside cave)

    Can I transfer tek items?

    I have never used reddit before so I apologize for whatever I do wrong, (also this the the second time I have posted this, just wanted to get it on the ark reddit so I dunno if this qualifies as a repost) I just had to make an account so I could post about this. I was playing on a valguero server a while back maybe 2 or 3 weeks and I was just about to raid some dude's base. I was outside, with a VERY high level blood crystal wyvern (just over lv 600, absolute tank) when the behemoth gates opened and some random tiny asf naked dude came sprinting out WITH NOTHING BUT A GODDAMN PRIMITIVE SPEAR and ran to my wyvern. He proceeded to almost 1-shot my tank of a wyvern with MELEE.... HOW, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? The dude was tiny but had arms the size of bloody planets and his name was SlappieMcGee. Needless to say I ditched that server but Jesus if I ever encounter him again imma dip cause he put ALL of his stats into melee, I assume this because in running up to me he was quite slow and had to stop twice lmao

    Need help locating save file from Microsoft Store Download

    I was playing on Ragnorok and moved back to the islands, as I was taking my things back from the obelisk my game crashed.

    I loaded back in & went back to the obelisk to find nothing but some black pearls which I didn't remove.

    All my other stuff was gone including my Tames which were in Cryopods(including my favourite Griffin)

    I'm looking for the old save file so that I can restore a backup and not lose all my progress.

    Can anyone help me out i'm kinda new to the game and today i tried taming a trike(20) i used around 70 tranq arrows with my crossbow, when i run out of ammo i punched him until all my armor broke cuz i got mad and he still didnt fall asleep.

    I know they're like heavy dinos with armor on their head and stuff like that but no way they need more than 70 tranq arrows to tame i'm pretty lost to be honest

    Dino mod spawns

    hello i have had struggles with this for a long time and cant figure it out i changed the dino count multiplayer but it just spawns more normal dinos and doesnt spawn more of the modded dinos is there someone that knows how i can fix this

    World boss mods for a "vanilla+" Ragnarok server?

    My buddy and I are planning a more-or-less "vanilla+" style of play on our favorite map, Ragnarok, while we wait for the new map to be released.

    The plan is to add something like Kraken's Better Dinos to add some flavor to vanilla dinos and functions, and maybe some stuff to increase tranq potency, that sort of thing, while still keeping most of the core ARK experience more-or-less intact.

    One of the things I'm thinking about, since we'll be playing on Ragnarok, is our ability to unlock Tek items, and to make it a little more convenient to to farm element. Since two of the three core Island bosses aren't normally present on Ragnarok, we'll be limited on which tekgrams we can unlock. I don't want to have to admin spawn things, and I don't want to have to run multiple maps and go transferring stuff around.

    Are there any currently-working mods that will either:

    1. Add the monkey and broodmom to the spawn list (preferably configurable to make them rare, and to perhaps give them a chance to spawn in as all three variants) so we can just kill them out in the wild, or;
    2. Add some kind of structure or AT LEAST a consumable that will cost us significant resources to summon them to our world to fight

    Either of those would be a preferable alternative to admin commands and map-hopping.

    Hello, I read that by adding PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[11]= to the Game.ini you can alter how much crafting skill you gain per level point invested but when I set it to 100.0 it doesn't change anything, I still get only 10% per level. This is for a dedicated server me and some friends play on with crossplay. Please I just wanna stop having to use a respec every time I craft anything.

    What does it mean for Tek Crop Plots to "create their own light"?

    This is listed on both the wiki and item's description. It says that it makes its own light. Does this mean that it creates its own greenhouse effect? I cant think of any other meaning for this considering the fact that normal crop plots function just fine in any environment as long as they have water

    Just spent 3 days breeding raptors to get a mostly blue raptor for my little sister. Ended up getting twins, so does anyone have a name for the second one? (Pictures are first gen to last gen)

    Need some server troubleshooting help!

    On October 26, Ark did an update (I have a PS4 Ark cluster) on the servers. Ever since then, as soon as someone joins, tons of stuff instantly decays. We didn't change any decay settings and our tek stuff has a decay of 9 months. However, even the tek stuff decayed (and people were on it playing actively). Stuff decayed for every player. On every one of our maps. I spoke to nitrado and they had me play with a couple settings and do a restore from before the update. No joy.

    I was just on the Valguero map (I was troubleshooting Ragnarok map and decided to work on another server, because) and noticed something odd. The restore I just did was for Oct 25, which was in-game day 5748. When I looked at my tribe log I saw the same bunch of "tek stuff decayed" message. Except, the day reported in the logs for the auto-decays were 5896. Everything prior to the decays had an expected in-game day on it.

    I unclaimed one of my dinos to throw a message in the log and the "unclaimed dino" entry appeared at the top of my log with the expected date of 5748.

    I don't know what else to do. I have 9 servers and no one can play because of this garbage.

    Nitrado has not been able to fix it. The settings on the server aren't borked. I don't know what else to do to fix this issue.

    Has anyone else dealt with this? Any fixes?

    Can't tame bees on Genesis 2?

    So, when Genesis part 2 launched there weren't any bees on the map and the only way to get honey was drops. A while later they added behive spawns, and although they're still pretty dang rare you can now find them and harvest from them no problem. Actually, it's easier than usual because the behives on Genesis 2 don't spawn bees. They won't attack you if you harvest honey but they also won't spawn if you attack the hive, and when destroyed they don't produce a queen bee.

    Are you not supposed to be able to tame bees on Gen2? Has anyone had success transfering bees over from other maps? I'm a bit torn on whether or not this is a bug, since it seems like they wanted it to be hard to get honey on Gen2 and possibly only added beehives to make it slightly easier to harvest it more reliably, but this could also just be a bug and I'm overthinking it.

    Thoughts?
