    Can't learn engrams. Any ideas how to get them to spend?

    I'm renting a server and playing with a friend on our own ark server. After the valentine update, I was suddenly unable to learn engrams. The problem is still there even after the new update. I am not using any mods. This is the island 100% default 1.0 difficulty. My buddy is still able to learn engrams. I tried validating steam files. Still nothing. Any ideas how to go about fixing this?

    What are Unicorns/Equus used for?

    So now that I've stumbled upon and tamed the dang thing, what should I invest in? Just screwing around with it in a safe place it seems to have great speed and almost limitless stamina. But... what would I even use it for? I can't seem to find any straightforward advice online.

    I'm on an extremely small official PVP server on Switch.

    Also, I think encountered a very useful glitch while taming this one. Usually you have to feed them one Rockcarrot and then ride them, feeding them while riding them and trying to not get bucked. I tried that and failed. It kept running and running so I tranq'd it, killed my character, spawned really far away and flew back. When I arrived back, it was calm and ready to tame again, but I guess it had woken up partly under a behemoth gate because the front half of its body was inside the gate frame. Instead of having to ride it while taming, it just said "Press X to Feed" and then "Wait Until It's Hungry Again" like most other passive tames. It was ready for another carrot every 30 seconds or so and the taming effectiveness went up like normal.

    I'm going for mutations of Theri's and I've gotten 4 mutations so far, and they all are mutated in oxygen, this is my first time mutation and I'm confused why I'm only getting oxygen mutations

    I saw someone bring this up on reddit yesterday and now it's fixed.

    It seems like the times are changing.

    After experiencing event, why not keep permanent 3x or even 2x breeding?

    From a PvP player's prospective, I could see a change of pace in game or even open new doors to seasonal changes to add something extra to PvP.

    You spend less time investment hand feeding dinos for 9-28 hours and can focus on farming your base or PvP'ing instead. It seems like a really great change to have permanent 3x breeding/lower food consumption.

    Can't access gacha inventory

    It just says "receiving remote inventory" and never displays it. I can't equip a saddle either. I've seen other posts as far back as Extinction release, so why isn't this fixed yet? The solutions to this problem I've found either require you to cryo freeze them or transfer. I've only just started back up so those options are not viable. I have no cryo freezer and riding it to a terminal will most certainly end tragically. Has anyone found any other solution?

    Can't attach foundations under a ceiling?

    So I started a fresh single player world and got to work. Currently my project is a dock near my farm, for A E S T H E T I C reasons. Anyways, Once the dock gets far enough out, I can't place foundations anymore, but that's normal. It is known.

    However I decided a go-around was using a trick I have done when building a ship. I place a ceiling to the edge of a foundation, attach another foundation directly beneath the ceiling [against the first foundation], and then pick the ceiling back up to do it again.

    However, this isn't working. It's not letting me snap the foundation underneath the ceiling. Was this fixed? Was it a bug? I haven't tried to build a boat yet, but will it work there? Can Superman save Lois Lane in time? Find out on the next episode of Dragon Ball Z.

    Supply drops on Aberration not despawning while in stasis?

    Hi, our little unofficial cluster is having a strange issue on Aberration where supply drops aren't progressing their countdown timer while they're out of render. This is causing strange issues like 0 supply drops spawning on the surface. We've observed multiple times drops spawn, get used to transfer off server, and then upon returning to Aberration 20+ minutes later the drop will still be there at the same amount of decay as before.

    We think this was changed in a recent update, but maybe not? Our last cluster we had access to transmitters right when ab was added to the cluster, so not sure how old this issue is.

    Edit: Thanks much for the replies - after some testing surface drops seem to be ok (I must have just had rotten luck for a while), but I'm glad to know at least that the regular drops in ab are malfunctioning and that I'm not crazy.

    Larkator / Smart Breeder - Will they be updated to support v10 saves ever?

    I'm not sure if it's only the XBox One saves that are using v10, but Larkator and Smart Breeder don't seem to want to open them unless I hex edit the .ARK files to report as v9.

    After opening, most features seem to work but not all.

    Is this a problem that others have encountered?

    Anyone know lowest number you can put for mating interval?

    I tried 0.0 in ingame setting when click host game but this one can't be use, it changed back to 1.0 when I restart.ini setting is fine too if you have the lowest interval for it.Thanks
