How to unlock new TekGrams Posted: 06 Mar 2019 01:47 AM PST The new Tekgrams are unlocked via the Island bosses. Brood mother Medium/Gamma unlocks: Tek Triangle foundation, Ceiling and roof Monkey Medium/Gamma unlocks: Large Tek wall Dragon Medium/Gamma unlocks: Tek dedicated storage, Tek stairs, Tek doorframe, Tek fence support. Nitrado Server Wipes Posted: 05 Mar 2019 02:44 PM PST If your server is wiped from the Homestead Update you can fix it. First STOP the server... On the left panel of the server management screen, under TOOLS, click on RESTORE BACKUP. https://i.redd.it/635i1jdwodk21.png You will see Map Save Backup, Server backup, and Database Backup. You want Map Save Backup. Under the Map Save Backup, scroll through the list and locate a size that is larger than the ones above it. It should be from today and before Homestead Update. Click Restore and restart now when prompted. ​ https://i.redd.it/ajbf7jz5pdk21.png ​ This is my current wiped (bad) save. Notice the file size is 3.13MiB Mar 5, 2019, 9:08:02 PM 3.13 MiB Ragnarok_05.03.2019_21.08.02.ark.gz ​ This is the good file and the one I need to restore. Notice it is from more than 4 hours before. Mar 5, 2019, 4:49:39 PM 8.40 MiB Ragnarok_05.03.2019_16.49.39.ark.gz ​ There will still be some losses but not as much as a complete server wipe. Experiencing issues finding my server after the update. Posted: 05 Mar 2019 11:12 AM PST Wondering how long servers typically stay down for as most others seem to be up? ​ UPDATE @thelilpanda We are still working on deployments for PC, PS4, and Xbox. Namely EU servers at the moment. There will be a few stragglers on NA, OC and Asia as well while we focus on the larger EU issue. Single player repeated crashes Posted: 05 Mar 2019 06:38 AM PST I play single player, and the game usually crashes back to the Xbox home screen once an hour or so, causing me to lose between 5-15 minutes of progress when it does this. It doesn't seem like anything special, or computationally/graphically strenuous is happening when it crashes, nor is there any warning or freezing prior to it. It's just working fine, and then suddenly I'm at the x1 home screen, having to go into the game and reload. Anyone else have this happen to them? Is there a way to mitigate the frequency?
