Hey, brand-new player. Any tips for my ARK adventures? Posted: 19 Jun 2019 06:55 AM PDT Currently, I've played a day or ARK and loved it. So far it was just me and my experienced (he's played for a couple months now) friend. I've persuaded 4 other friends to join us, so there's a lot of noobs haha. Any general tips for the game? Or in-depth strategies? We're starting on Ragnarok, and so far it's been great. Yesterday was my first day, and we built a small base and set up, with crossbows, tools, armour etc. We then tamed 2 animals, both that fly (one was the triangular-head-dinosaur) and the other was some white bird (we tranquillised using arrows). We then tranquillised a player, and caged them, and made them confess for their sins. It was a ton of fun, but I woke up this morning to our base gone as well as both of our games :( Any tips to help us? I know that we shouldn't have caged a player right near our base, but it was fun lol. We're transferring to another server, where we can also get rid of our swamp fever, and apparently my friend has found a brilliant base spot, so we should set up there. Any tips for beginners should be helpful, such as what tames we should get or what I should invest my points into (so far I'm doing weight, stamina and speed) or perhaps a general tip about what weapons are best/what I should be carrying around all the time. Fridge new sound. Posted: 19 Jun 2019 03:51 AM PDT After update I noticed that player character doesn't slam fridge door like if he was angrily exiting some rusty old truck, but closes it gently with barely audible clunk.
