| Posted: 19 Jun 2019 08:49 AM PDT I need help activating the Valentine's Day event on my server. I tried many things I found from google and looking up how to do it. I have tried entering it in the command line as was suggested and I'm assuming that's the admin command line when you are in game. The first command I found was "-Vday" I'm assuming you enter it fully as..... AdminCheat -Vday. That didn't work. I tried another command I found...... AdminCheat ActivateEvent=Vday. That didn't work. Any way I can get a bone on getting this event to work? [link] [comments]  |
| Posted: 19 Jun 2019 02:39 AM PDT So I've been playing ARK for over a year now, on and off, and only over the last week have I been dealing with a really annoying issue. The game will glitch out at random moments (ie can't pull out weapons or do anything) before being kicked. This has been happening a lot this week. I can't get through a single playthrough on a single day without being kicked at least 10 times or more. I thought it might've been my internet, which sucks, but I've had the same crappy internet for years and only now is ARK acting up for me like this daily. My only solution was to delete the game and reinstall it, which I'm doing right now. I hope it works. But in the meantime, I wanted to bring this up to this community to see if anybody else has been experiencing these issues on PS4 and if you know how to fix the problem. Thank you. EDIT: I play on an official server my friend made and he never gets kicked. So it doesn't seem to be a server issue on his end. [link] [comments]  |
| Posted: 19 Jun 2019 05:16 AM PDT I'm fairly new to ark and I started on a pvp server with a friend. Our base kept getting destroyed (we built them on the beach) we assumed we were easy targets, so we went very far away from spawns and more inland. We built our base in a ridiculously hard to find place completely covered by trees and rocks. There was no lights etc. We had just finished taming 2 sabretooths and an ankylo and then a giant ass robot person came along and destroyed the whole base and killed the 3 dinos we had and walked off. Didn't even take out stuff. We managed to put the stuff back into hidden chests but now we feel demoralised to make a new base when "that" can happen. How do you avoid a robot suit? And how the hell did he find us? Is there any way to counter these types of situations Looking for help Edit: the island map [link] [comments]  |
