| Prim +, Scorched Earth question Posted: 22 Jul 2019 05:52 AM PDT I cannot for the life of me find claystone to make clay. The IGN guide says you make clay with Cactus Sap and Sand (which would be a way better option) but the in-game recipe says claystone and limestone. I'm about 48 hours of solid gameplay in and haven't gotten a single piece of claystone yet by mining rocks. What am I missing? [link] [comments]  | ||
| Noob Question...getting metal? Posted: 21 Jul 2019 01:11 PM PDT Hey Team, I'm relatively new to Ark but I've played some on the island. I've now started a PVP on Valguero. I don't think I'm close to any metal nodes, however on the island all I had to do what break rocks by the water and I was able to get some starting metal that way. I've tried that on Valguero and it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have any tips or thoughts on this? I appreciate it! I'm new to the game but I must say it's pretty awesome. | Crafting recipes not showing up Posted: 21 Jul 2019 05:41 PM PDT When I access my mortar and pestle or smithy I can put items inside but no recipes show up so I can't craft anything using them. Crafting from my inventory is working fine, how do I fix this? [link] [comments]  | ||
| Anyone else noticed severe performance issues after the latest update? Posted: 21 Jul 2019 12:34 AM PDT Since the new update the performance on ps4 has been very poor especially in single player where it was not so laggy before even on older maps, i first noticed this on valguero but thought hey it's a new map so they probably rushed it to keep their deadline but no it's also happening in rag in area's that has no problems before.
