| Is a quetzal base even worth it on PVE still? Posted: 18 Jul 2019 07:25 AM PDT I was just wandering if a Quetzal was still a possible base option in PVE still cause I was thinking about making one on Val cause it seems like something fun to do but when I asked a tribemate he was saying that they aren't worth it on PVE only PVP I have a base set up already kinda in the ab cave what i'm doing is i'm going to use stone cliff platforms and use an entire back wall adn just make like a little wall city but then I seen a video on Quetzal bases adn I thought that it'd be cool like if I were to make a trade with someone I'd be able to say to hold on a second i'm going to bring my base to you lol but I just was wanting some opinions or something if anyone would like to say something Edit: Just thought of this but do they drain stamina while in the air dismounted also? | Question about Tomorrow's Update Posted: 18 Jul 2019 11:07 AM PDT My friends and I had coordinated (across a couple different timezones) a good playsession tomorrow on our Nitrado hosted server - Xbox one. Problem is, I know that sometimes when a new update hits, if you update on your Xbox, sometimes you are unable to play until Nitrado does the update on your server. From memory, does anyone know if updates are usually forced when they go live (10 AM UTC tomorrow) or if you can hold off on the game update on your Xbox until on our end we are able to confirm the Nitrado server is on the new version? Does anyone know what the gfi commands are for all the items? Or at least some, excluding the sparkler, firework launcher, and flare gun skins. The candy is also not really necessary. Basically, I need all the swimsuits, the emotes, and the Uncle Sam hats. I need the short gfi codes, not the long pc commands, since those are the only ones that work for PS4 it seems. | Posted: 17 Jul 2019 05:58 PM PDT So I started playing ark awhile ago and just mindlessly collected dinos and got better gear, eventually I got bored so I stopped playing. I recently took it back up again because my wife now plays with me. We're having a blast but now there's a story to Ark..... kinda I think. Do we have to find all of the explorer notes to figure out why we're on the ark? Do they explain the order we're supposed to do things? We know you have to do the caves to get artifacts to kill bosses, but is there an order? I saw videos about the fights and accidentally saw the overseer fight, but how do I know what to do next? What exactly is ascension and do I want to do it if I lose everything? What about map progression? The video I saw said scorched earth is after the island, my wife and I started on ragnarok and just came to valguero when it opened so should we go back and start from the island? She's become preoccupied with breeding pretty Dino's and I'm craving content :( [link] [comments]  | ||

Are they thinking it will be a few hours? A few day? Weeks? I'm raising a bunch of wyverns on the center and cant get milk to them. I would like to have them raised by the end of the event. | New to ARK not getting element from Manticore alpha boss (Valguero) Posted: 17 Jul 2019 08:45 PM PDT Have done it 6 times, 3 times I have not gotten element from the Manticore, rexes are on harvest, none are dying, we are making sure the boss is killed by rex, not getting the element from it.
