Difficulty in Ark Posted: 27 Jan 2020 08:39 AM PST I know this has been asked alot but i am confused how specific these two settings work for different maps. Set Up: Map: Valguero Difficulty Offset: 1 Overwrite Official difficulty: 2 So just for my understanding Valguero has 30 lvl Steps. So Diff. 1 would be max. 30 Diff. 2 - 60 and so on. (Found this on another thread) SO what does the Official Diff. mean? We have lvl 60 Max on our server, So the official basically just overwrites the Offset? Or is it like multiplying? Like Diff. Building Advice for Carno Island? Posted: 27 Jan 2020 07:20 AM PST I took a large break from Ark, recently got back into it and decided to not go down the official route this time. Managed to get a base established in Carno Cave on the Island, I just wanted to know if anyone had any building tips for defending the base well?
