Posted: 13 Jun 2020 09:15 PM PDT I have a few questions about wyvern raising. 1)How does imprinting work, and how important is this? 2)Approximately how much milk would I need for a 180 wyvern? 3)What would be the best way to keep their temperature correct? I would assume AC. How many AC's would I need? 4)Any tips/strategies for milk runs? Ptera or argy? [link] [comments] | ||

How long (if it’s still a feature) would I have to wait before an enemy game becomes claimable? Posted: 13 Jun 2020 01:12 PM PDT Got another tribe on our server who left a few days ago with no intention of coming back and I wondered if I would be able to claim the dinos they left behind? Question about 5th Anniversary Event and Dedicated Server Posted: 13 Jun 2020 11:39 AM PDT Long-time Ark player, but newb to running a dedicated server.... A few months ago I started a dedicated server on Valguero using the Microsoft version of Ark (for console cross-play). I'm running the server on my Win10 PC. I downloaded and installed all updates this morning on both my PC and Xbox console. They definitely went through because my title screen was updated to the 5th Anniversary screen. But I'm reading about all this fun stuff I should be able to see like a cake structure and party hats, and previews show dodos in little red hats - but I'm not getting any of that. Researching it, I found that usually Windows10 updates lag a few days behind the console, but the event started on June 11 and it's now June 13. More research - found I could pop some code in the configuration files, but then that seemed to be only for Steam and another forum said for this version of Ark you just have to sit and wait for the devs to push it out, and the event goodies will automatically show up. Anyone else running a dedicated server and experiencing this issue? Do the events automatically run on dedicated servers or is there some work I need to do? Thank you, fellow survivors! Any idea how the Tropeo spawns on non-CI maps? Posted: 13 Jun 2020 10:18 AM PDT So I've seen a lot of evidence that the Tropeo shares spawns with the Tapejara, but does it have its own spawn chance or is it like the tek creatures and there's only a 5% chance that a Tropeo will spawn instead of a Tapejara? A few questions about the infamous host tether Posted: 13 Jun 2020 02:15 PM PDT 1, Exactly how long is it? How much would it affect 3 friends playing together? 2, Is there a way to turn it off at all? 3, I know the range was expanded with the One X, does anything think the same will happen with the Series X? And finally 4, how do I get around it if I can't turn it off? I'm almost entirely new to this game and would need a very detailed guide, which I can't seem to find online; just news about the tether being lengthened 3 years ago. [link] [comments] |
