Question about ascension Posted: 03 Mar 2021 10:52 AM PST Hi guys, Me and a few friends have been playing ark on Xbox for a while, renting a private server with not much boosted at all. We're not even very far in, with a few dinos and a considerable base. I've invested around 3 weeks building a base, and we were talking about doing bosses and ascending to a new map as we want some cooler dinos. If we ascend, I've read we need a 2nd server to host it on. 1) if we ascend, what happens to the base we've built & the dinos in it? 2) can we hop between maps easily, for instance to tame something in the island then move to another map and take it with us? submitted by /u/Boodzo [link] [comments]
