| Brand new player, i have some questions about a nitrado server i bought Posted: 20 Apr 2021 08:16 AM PDT Hi all, my friends and i started playing ARK last night on a non dedicated server and we had an absolute blast and wanna start really getting into it. I went ahead and got some server time as a result because id like for things to be persistent and the tethering was kinda annoying. I see on the server setting you can make all kinds of changes that dont take effect till you reset a server. my question is, when you reset a server, does that mean everything on the map gets reverted to a fresh instance, for lack of a better term? any other things i should know about owning a private pve server would be greatly appreciated.
