Any ideas for how to move all my tames cross-map?

Hey guys! I've been playing on my PvE ARK (The Island) for about a month now and have decided that it's finally time to move off of Noob Beach. However, I have a few... Lethargic tames, like a few Rexes, a Bronto, and some other stuff I can't pick up with an Argy or easily put on a raft. Is there any ways to move them in a process that won't take forever? If it helps I'm looking to move to the outskirts of the Icy Plains, so about Long 45 and Latitude 55. Any and all help is appreciated!
