    I believe the Parasaur's sonar ability needs a little balance

    To jump right into it.

    If you aren't aware, you can currently carry a Parasaur with an Argy, Wyv, etc., all while using it's sonar ability to scout out hidden bases as well as purlovias and reapers.

    I believe that the Parasaurs ability is great, but it should only be able to sonar if it is standing (even plat saddles) or being ridden. Flying a loop around the map while pinging buried creatures is kind of, as much as this gets thrown around, "OP". Yes, they would be able to use a Q while it stands on the platform, and this ability would meet the criteria, but this is more to remove the ease of just breezing around a map with an argy or wvy.

    Back when wolves and troodons were able to detect buried creatures, it was a great cost/benefit balance. Now you're able to take a beginner tame and scout an entire map.

    This is just my opinion, feel free to state your own, but as of right now, it is near impossible to have a secret reaper or purlovia anywhere without it being discovered quickly.

    Go back to the direwolf and troodons. It was balanced then.

    Don't get me wrong, I used to play this game a ton (around 1000 hours iirc) and absolutely loved it. Eventually I left because I got tired of the game's bugs and the fact that official servers often devolved into offline raiding and unofficial servers usually had an admin that would either wipe everybody else or do global resets every so often.

    Anyway, I decided to check into this sub and see how it was doing. It looks like community sentiment is that Wildcard is still not fixing the issues with their game, yet somehow this game remains rather active according to Steam.

    I genuinely want to know why that is?

    Let wild creatures heal when eating dropped honey

    At the moment we can drag corpses to carnivores so they heal a bit, which is useful, but kind of a pain. For herbivores there is no such healing method. To give honey some use besides luring creatures in and for recipes I suggest letting wild creatures heal when they consume dropped honey. This will make low health, risk tames (crab) and tames that got hit and have to be knocked out again safer to knock out.

    Enabling Dinos in Boss Arenas

    Is there a mod or configuration setting that allows any dino to go in any boss arena? I play SP only and would like to be able to take my team of dinos into arenas without restrictions.

    rocket run 60 turrets naked after last patch?

    So, long story short: Castoroides cave in ragnarok filled with 60 heavy/tek(most on low, 6/7 foundation from entrance), a guy naked was able to rocket run naked with 155% speed and 300HP.

    Is this possibile legit? I'm not here to complain, just want to know if there is a new glitch in town(don't even want to know how it works, yes or no is sufficient)

    Greetings,

    I played a TON of Ark about 2 or 3 years ago when it was still in development, and had a few questions about the game now that it's in full release.

    1) Has much changed from the days in early access? specifically, I remember the game was a lot of fun, but overall felt and looked pretty rough. Have they cleaned up some of that?

    2) Has there been any story elements added to the solo play?

    3) Can you do couch coop offline split screen? And if so, are you still stuck with that 200m tether?

    The tribe which sent the report below got attacked by 2 tribes at the same time. One tribe attacked/fobbed their snow north cave and one tribe attacked/fobbed their pearl cave.

    Both cases seem to be not considered as teaming, which puts this rule in kind of a grey area:

    So a dev may please correct me if Im wrong but regarding to these statements either attacking one tribe with multiple other tribes as long as its not the same base, nor attacking a FOB with multiple tribes is considered teaming?

    If this is actually the case... I think it might change the playstyle of a lot of people on small tribes. Can we get an official statement please?

    Minimal stats for rhinos to defeat alpha dragon ragnarok

    What are some minimal requirements for health, stam, melee I helped a few guys do the alpha dragon on ragnarock they peovided tames 10 rhinos nothing else i never checked stats so i was wondering what you guys might take in stat wise using rhinos on official server

    Hidden small tribe base suggestions

    Hey all,

    Wondering if anyone can recommend some solid but hidden settle spots on Ragnarok
    Currently on a rented server, where everyone is part of the friend group
    We have all agreed to raid/kill each other if we find the bases

    Since we are all relatively new to this map, it would be great to get some suggestions

    Looking to stay hidden from the other tribes whilst still being near to as many resources as possible
    There are planned to be 4 other tribes, so any help would be great

    Coords would be super helpful

    Fire wyvern Melee stat

    What would be considered exceptional base melee? I just popped a level 180 with 346.9% out of the gate. I've never seen it start that high before, is this a statistical anomaly or have I been unlucky before this one?

    Returning Player questions (XB1)

    I haven't played in a while and want to know some things. Can I play the original game (not scorched earth or anything) but in a non transferrable server? Do those exist? Because I want to find a server where not everyone is ridiculously leveled. I know even if there are servers like that there will still be high leveled guys, just a question because I hate how you can just transfer a super high leveled guy to any server.
