Posted: 26 Jun 2019 11:44 AM PDT Who thinks this would be a cool mode for wildcard to maybe introduce , think of it something like Battlefield Ark and like Mordhau or lane pushing where you use dinos as vehicles and fight for zones and objectives with matches lasting between 30 mins to an hour or perhaps more. As well as had placed mesh velo's to cut off playable terrain to players. This has been reported to wildcard with ticket number (1222420). Please see below proof of exploration. Is this allowed? When you hold E, there is only 4 options, set pincode only opens doors, doing it again has the doors make a sound with no action. I've tried clearing pincodes/and having admin access. anyone run into this issue? Google only led me to people not holding e and going to close pincode, which isn't there as an option for me. | Posted: 26 Jun 2019 10:49 AM PDT Hey all, I've been going through my first complete single-player run and am hesitant as to how to tackle the snow cave. I've largely been using the wiki when I get questions (https://ark.gamepedia.com/Snow_Cave) and I've seen videos of people breeding and leaving animals in the cave to make it easier but the wiki claims otherwise
I'm not sure if this just applies to multiplayer or not, as it is definitely the way I wanna go for the cave, putting a few allos in there. I know I could go over and get the cryopods, but I kinda wanna beat the game "in order" ie Island -> Scorched -> Abberation -> Extinction, and I'm hoping to avoid that shortcut. If there are any other good ways that you all know of that work well I'd be glad to hear them as well, it may just be I'm more scared of the cave than is warranted as I've never completed that one before. | The quality of posts on this sub has gone to crap Posted: 26 Jun 2019 08:49 AM PDT Every time I see this subreddit's content on my feed it's always these low effort tired memes, another screenshot with the caption "this game is so beautiful" or a "look at my baby dino (as if no one has ever seen a baby before" that all somehow get hundreds of upvotes. There is little to no actual discussion going on here. And often when an actual new and game relevant post comes up it gets drowned out by all the cheap karma farming. All in all this sub needs some reprioritization as the official sub reddit of the game, and might even need to be split into two subreddits like the folks at r/monsterhunter and r/memehunter did.
