My official server has been missing since yesterday. I filled out the google form reporting. Still haven't heard or found anything on missing official servers. Is there there anything more I can do?

I'm looking for an unofficial sever thta has not many mods, tribe limit under 4/3, rates decent (above 4x, not more than 10x) and not much changed from vanilla, is there anything I can join??

So basically a full on pvp server without megatribe

Ark breeding Ideas

So when Genesis released we got a couple if new ways thing breed like Magmasaur and Megacheleon, also new ways of taming.

This is a few of my Ideas of creatures that can't breed but should get breeding.

Basilisk, can only breed when in the spore effect of musrooms, and while raising only eats slowly fertilized drake eggs, or Magmasaur eggs.

Karkinos, breeds of course only with opposite gender, and has ability to store multiple eggs and have them all at once can only be bred in water and cannot exit water until they are adults.

Phoenix can only breed in a super heat wave or temperatures above 100. When bred the baby phoenix has to be kept warm by lighting it on fire occasionally or feeding it flamethrower ammo.

Araneo when bred they lay eggs and the father is killed when mating. When the eggs hatch they will have to feed off female araneos health till they are adults need small amounts of blood packs for female araneo.

Wyverns, can only breed with same type of wyvern and opposite gender.

Any other ideas for dinos I would say reaper but I guess it would have to be you need a king to make a queen pregnant then the queen has to impregnate you.

Sever now unofficial?

Hey there, don't know where to post this but me and a friend of mine have been playing ark on the island 346 pve for a couple weeks now. It was an official server but now when we google it, it says it's an unofficial server? Is this a thing? Can this happen? And can we reclaim our characters for official because we've already lost a couple characters due to roll backs and it's frustrating having to start from scratch again. Many thanks 😊

I just recently switched from playing on PS4 to PC, can I use an Xbox controller to play ARK on Steam? Or do I have to get a steam controller?

I know you can do a lot more with the keyboad, but I'm still used to using a controller and I still have an xbox controller lying around from when I used to have an Xbox One.

How many bullets should I place in my auto turrets?

Hello there!

I am currently playing on a 10x harvest pvp Windows/Xbox server. The server has a 2tribe members max rule (we're 2 in the tribe) and has weekday ORP. I've got a double layer 2x3 metal base with about 12 basic auto turrets and 2 heavy turrets (I just got the heavy bp, so that's why I only have 2.). I was wondering how many bullets should I place inside each one (I currently have 150 in the basics and 600 in the heavys, which I know isn't really enough.)? Also, do you guys have any recommendations on what settings should I have on the turrets? They're currently all on medium range, ~70% on survivors and tames and ~30% on only survivors. My base is kind of hidden, so I wouldn't like putting turrets on high. Sorry for writing a novel btw, but thanks in advance for answering!

Oh, and btw, I don't play this game 4h a day, so filling up all of my turrets with bullets isn't possible.

Help! Issue with game storage on steam

When I download Ark on steam, Steam says it is downloading 43 gigabytes, however, 180 gigabytes are being taken up in my harddrive. Any ideas as to why this is? I would really appreciate some help here, thanks!
