    /u/elibug54 is are new moderator as discord manager for this subreddit.

    the has been in the works for awhile but with life we haven't been able to get in a audio chat to discuss the final details until today.

    ​

    i have discussed my expectations, the limits of their role, and standards to hold when making a moderator decision.

    ​

    elibug54's primary role is the promotion and owner/management of the discord with my role limited to discord moderator dispute management and the discord team holds to the same principles as /r/ark

    ​

    if there is issues with the discord moderators, elibug54 is your resolution route and im the final stop but it better be some discordgate level shit because im not interested if you said a mean thing and got your boo boo feelings hurt.

    ​

    after some time for elibug54 to get comfortable as moderator in the style i want /r/ark to be moderated, ill be looking to expand the mod team with another role but not right now so dont bother trying apply as mod now.

    ​

    if you have an issue with a decision by elibug54, its your right to make an appeal to me for final judgement on the matter by tagging me in a comment or modmail with a link to the issue since legacy mod queue is garbage and the new mod queue system looks and feels broken as hell.

    ill have a whole new post up for that in the future with far more details and requirements for mod application.

    The mesh is weird

    So I decided to use ghost mode and explore under the map. And it's a weird mix of water and strange textures, I had lost a couple dinos in the lava in South East cave and they were swimming in the bottom of the mesh just waiting for me like the upside down in Stanger things
