    So i transferred from server 500 to 71 to help my friend farm metal.
    we went out and smacked a few things with an Anky then came back to the base

    The server crashed within about 20ish min of me getting there.
    after the server came back up, i was standing on his beds naked with nothing.

    lost my kit with my mana, "Lv 348"
    i was just gifted that dino.

    Due to our internal policy, we are not able to restore any lost items.

    1. This replacement will not be the same as what you have lost. Please keep in mind we are unable to control the color, stats, mutation, imprints, or gender of the tames. We are also unable to restore any lost items that were on the dinosaur and do not take requests for dino substitutions.

    2. Dinosaur replacements are reimbursed without any experience added, so it will level up to 73 levels. With approved visual evidence, the maximum level that we may restore is level 201. Please note that Wyvern, Basilisk and Rock Drake cannot be spawned over level 190. Replacements are not kibble tamed or special tamed and stats cannot be adjusted. Each dinosaur comes with a saddle at a random quality (EXCEPT Astrocetus).

    Every part of this process would run away a new player.
    The fact that no one can meet me during the afternoon in my timezone is kinda crazy. "Central Standard Time"
    Anyone that has a job would not be able to make any of the appointments allowed.
    And a Random spawn as a replacement is an insult.
    All my items are lost, with a Game like ark, on a "PVE" server people form an emotional connection to their items and dinos.
    You spit on that type of ark player with this template.
    This is not the thing you do right before you launch a new game.
    Not your fault Redacted, I'm sure this is a policy issue, but the policy is wrong and not customer focused.

    But this issue is not resolved.

    I used to play Xbox ark, even though it was a piece of shit it was one of the best games I've ever played. My friends and I would squad up and just grind on official servers, we sucked. Eventually we went to player dedi then nitrado. Some of my favorite memories ever are from this game. Wish I could go back and relive it for a bit. My friends and I sucked yet we played for hours at a time day after day. Have about 90 days into the game. Friends slowly went away and now I don't even play games anymore. 2015-2018 ark days man😓
