    Yellow/Purple Orbital Drop Advice (Extinction) - PvE

    So I play on a private server with some friends; we have several maps and just got Extinction in full PvE, we're all in the same tribe and have our own bases + a central hub to prepare for drops and element veins.

    We recently started working on drops, and have managed to win a few red ones already. Yellow and purple are the kickers for us. Last night we took on a purple legendary drop; we did very well, up until the end when someone got stuck/glitched and many of us ran to help them and the drop ended up exploding/destroying itself in the chaos. We had two big tame losses.

    We're trying to do better and see if we can conquer the purple drop, because we were on what I'm confident was the last wave, or at least the final two before we bit off more than we could chew once 2 enraged alpha rexes showed up.

    Our setup:

    -High statted damage and health tek stegos surrounding the drop on both neutral and aggressive

    -Quetzal with Plant Species X plants (alternatively when we swap out, another quetzal loaded up with over 15 tek turrets)

    -Feroxes with riders

    -Managarmer

    -Spinos + tek rexes

    -High damage reapers (base birthed at 145)

    -Healing owls with good stam + pigs with over 80k in food

    We're currently working on breeding the following for drops;

    -Tek trikes

    -Gigas

    -Better rexes

    -Paracerithiums

    -Direwolves (I have the right stats I want, just gotta build up the pack more)

    What could we do better next time/what tames should we build up for our next try at a purple?

    Im trying to load into abberation, using these mods. verified files multiplke times and reinstalled also cleared mod folder multiple times. Had it work once without mods but now even without mods it doesnt load. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2430059810

    Why don’t I have a rock drake saddle or Hazard suit on aberration on console

    No idea why but my buddy and I are having an issue where on aberration we don't have either a hazardous suit gear or rock drake saddle in any game we play. We've tried non dedicated servers... any idea why?

    sudden lag issues

    my pc never ran ark good, but it recently got alot worse. i believe that it started right after i tried verifying game file integrity, but it might have started a bit before that. i'm getting extremely frequent lag spikes, but if you want a measurment of how much worse it is now, it usually takes me 6 minutes to load into a server, and now its taking me over 10 minutes(these numbers are both from trying to load into the same server) and a few minutes ago i got told that i got kicked from loading into a server due to not responding, which ive never seen before. does anyone know what could be causing this and how i could fix it?

    Boss Fighting Experts advice needed - possible without breeding?

    I play solo on official PVE servers and recently go into breeding. Sitting with a baby rex for 6 hours during the baby phase is my idea of hell (I just don't have that much time in one sitting).

    Therefore, wondering if it is possible to kill Gamma Island Bosses without any breeding and how you might do this?

    ARK tournament/PvP win conditions?

    I have been playing with a decent number of buddies on private hosted servers for a while. Usually PvE, we have tried but didn't care for PvP usually because we can't "win" and typically after gaining dominance, you get teamed up on and then the cycle continues until we get bored.

    Long story short, we are looking for ideas on what could serve as a win condition. For reference, we play on decently boosted servers just to make resource collection and taming not such a chore.

    If you have any ways to declare a "winner" please share, we are looking for ideas.
