| Ice Wyverns are bugged on Valguero... just not all of them. Posted: 26 Jul 2019 01:56 AM PDT Okay so I have been seeing some people mention ice wyverns are invisible again. And Ive seen others say "uh no they arent". And I'm here to say both can be the case right now on Valguero. I just went flying around the map for my first time on a ptera I tamed. I went out looking for Wyverns. I finally found the ice trench and had some fun going into the depths and luring some fire wyverns out. When I first got to the trench I watched an ice wyvern terrorize some mammoths. I was surprised when it aggroed on me from a far but on a ptera I was able to get away. I lured the ice wycern away from the trench and to some lunch. Doubled back to the trench and finally found an ice wyvern nest. Odd though there was no egg and instead a floating box like a player had dropped an item. The box was glowing red like a fertile egg. I pick it up and get no indication that I stored anything. However when I hopped back on my ptera I was suddenly weighed . I had some other stuff on me that so I started flying slower. That's when suddenly I was hit by something invisible. It didnt do much damage but I started flying even slower. That is when I noticed the ice icon showing I was being slowed by an ice attack. Suddenly I got hit full force and my ptera lost half its life. The ice damage stack doubled and I jumped off my ptera to try and run. I have very high sprint speed but it wasnt enough. My ptera and I were killed by an invisible ice wyvern that must have aggroed on us when we picked up the egg cloaked as a dropped item. So yes, ice wyverns are both invisible and not. Maybe me picking up the invisible cloaked egg package triggered it. So if you see a glowing red package, you wont get an egg... but the system will think you did. You will be weighed down like it and draw aggro like it but you wont see any indication that you picked something up and wont see it in your inventory. This is on an Nitrado server for xbox. Posted: 25 Jul 2019 12:15 PM PDT My unofficial Ragnarok server has max levels set equivalent to official, but for some reason Argents continue to spawn really low level. Everything else is spawning just fine with appropriate levels. Only the Argents are having this problem. Am I looking in the wrong places for Argents, or is there something fucky with my settings?
