| Posted: 29 Sep 2019 12:37 PM PDT Hello everyone, I play Ark in singleplayer mode, and today something really weird happend and I'm not sure how to fix it. Suddenly chat turned on and random messages started appearing. I first freaked out because I thought I somehow opened the server to others, but I was still on singleplayer. I also noticed that the same 10 messages from the most random people keep looping over and over and over and over. I tried closing and opening the game, and everytime I enter the world, one of my creatures randomly dies for no reason and chat re-appears. I've tried multiple times. With all my in game settings at low, i've only been getting about 15 to 20 FPS and i've already done the launch options, and im still getting low FPS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I played a bit on a beginner server, and a single player game. The presence of a low level in animals does not interfere with playing. In short, the question is: Why did animals get high levels? Can I transfer reaper kings and rock elementals to Valguero? I know you can't take ice and chalk elementals out of the map so I just want to be positive. | A consistent issue that's plagued me with this game ever since I first got it Posted: 28 Sep 2019 06:49 PM PDT It usually starts happening after a patch or mod update. When I get in-game, the frame rate is 20-30 less than it should be, and pretty consistently. I have my video card OC'd, and I always make sure to check that it's active when I'm playing. I usually average 50-60 on Rag, but it takes a nosedive when this bug hits. Only after closing out of my save and reloading does the fps go back to normal (sometimes I have to close the game out completely and just restart it). I don't know if it's a single player thing or not, I've been playing it exclusively ever since I first got ARK in 2017. Would like to know if anyone else has this and if there's a solution for it. | Posted: 28 Sep 2019 06:12 PM PDT So I have Ark on Win10 through the Windows Store however the Windows Store is not finding the game and I'm not sure how to get it to do so. I can't seem to find any settings similar to detecting or finding games like how Steam and some other programs have. Is there a way I can "force" the WinStore to find the game so I don't have to spend hours downloading it again? | Posted: 28 Sep 2019 04:51 PM PDT I was playing ark on ps4 and using split screen,at first it duplicated my character and stats which was fine. But when I tried to create a new character with the second player it duplicated the second character over my first and I lost all of my progress. It's been a while, and I normally don't have time to play, but I just finished working for the season and have at least a couple months to kill. Looking for a tight group, definitely doesn't need to be established, the come up is my favorite part anyway. Only interested in PVP official on Xbox.
