| Instant death near skybox on island map in GCM Posted: 12 Mar 2020 08:04 AM PDT Been away from ark for a few months, and just reopened my own 10 slot nitrado server, like I usually do when I wanna play ark. Anyway, after getting my settings tuned, drops modded, spawns adjusted, etc with BeaconApp, we jumped on the server to test. As we start to fly around the island map to check spawns and drops before unlocking the server, and we both instantly died when getting higher up in the air, no skybox even rendering on screen at this point. We were just barely above the volcano, shouldnt have been near skybox yet. Is this something I can fix, aside from not flying above the mountains in gcm? Oh is there a way to reduce fly speed in GCM? This is WAY too fast now lol [link] [comments]  |

| Bubble on center or Ice Cave North with the palace Posted: 11 Mar 2020 12:27 PM PDT Looking for toughest spot to raid, working on a slightly boosted server but they kept a few official settings, no crazy amounts of turrets allowed or anything like that. It also doesn't wipe so given I want to stick around for a bit I would like to know which one allows for a better build to defend against raids, we also have no ORP so would need good offline defenses as well as titans so we would need to be able to defend against titans as well.
