| Posted: 13 Jul 2021 03:21 AM PDT So I'm on ps4, playing single player because it allows me to just chill without the fear of getting griefed or stalked by some rando (I much prefer getting stalked by Dodos thanks) so far iv been having really fun but theres still alot I'm confused over. What exactly should I be doing? Right now I'm pushing level 60 and all iv done is gathered resources and tame shit. I got obsessed with all the dinos. Unfortunately iv barely seen even a fraction of the dinos that's in this game. I'm playing on Ragnarok because I heard that's one of the best maps. I would play on Crystal Isles but barely any dinos spawn. Just today I built my base up more, it's still made all out of thatch, dont think I'm gonna bother upgrading my base to anything like stone or metal. Iv tamed a stego, Parasaurus, Pterodactyl, Carbonemys, Trike, Dodos, A robot parasuarus (not sure if its special or that's just some skin) and a Carco. Also what are Journal notes and where do I find them? And what's with the big tower things. I flew to one and it seems to be some type of portal thing. But I need a lot of Artifacts which I don't know what those are either. And if I chose to play online, am i able to switch my current single player world to multiplayer? My last question, is will new dinos spawn the further I go into Ragnarok, my base is on a island a few feet away from a beach so all I ever see are Parasaruses and Megalodons. Are there any dinos I should look out for or prioritize in taming if I come across it? [link] [comments]  | ||

Current run is a .25 exp (to draw out the progression) 1.0 & max difficulty run. Stats are unadjusted save for some gather increases breed/raising timers to save me from standing around for hours and carry weight increases. ×10 on player and tame. Some of the participating actions for viewers will be things like naming dinos and increasing the exp gain for incremental times. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 13 Jul 2021 11:47 AM PDT My recent experience pve server, for some reason all my tames are gone and dead I can't exactly say when I was on last I've been busy lately but I just hop'd on to feed the stuff as usual but today I logged on and everything was gone maybe I was gone seven days and everything died fine my fault but why are all my cryo pods dead also? and have no power? If they lost power they have over two weeks of charge and my base would have decayed before the pods died. I do feel like I did log in as usual etc but when I logged out they turned back the servers to before I logged in and screwing me over making my last log in over a week ago, but still why are my cryo pods dead? Posted: 13 Jul 2021 11:41 AM PDT I want to make the level cap on my singleplayer save 450 but console dosent allow that Ive decided that instead I want to increase the stats of wild and tamed dinos so that its close or the same as if it was a 450 So how much health and melee would a 450 rex have, and what stats should I see on most dinos. | MESSED UP!! How do i stop new tames having 800 spec points? Posted: 12 Jul 2021 07:13 PM PDT New rented server and finally got on after tweeking settings for couple days. I tamed first dino and had 800 points to spec. How do I turn that down? I'm in expert mode. My wild dino max level is 750 which I'm OK with but no idea why the spec point so much. It restarts at 6am daily and don't want to restart until then. I'll delete everyone's dino that got one before then and replace it with a level appropriate one [link] [comments]  | ||

It only works when I use -d3d10 but I don't wanna use it as it makes the game look ugly. I've verified files multiple times and reinstalled the game it didn't work. Posted: 12 Jul 2021 05:16 PM PDT Server crashed on office small tribes, just lost a FAT kit and 9 tames because i was in the boss fight when Gen 2 crashed. Doubt i can report it because the deaths don't show in logs... if their was a way to sue them i would be on it. waste of 30+ hours. [link] [comments]  |
