| Posted: 25 Feb 2019 02:56 PM PST Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm fairly new to Ark and I've had some trouble finding the answer to this question on google, maybe I'm just not wording it properly but figured i'd ask the pros (you all) to help. I'm trying to figure out if I can play by myself in my single player game that i've only played Co-Op with my girlfriend even if she isn't there without it effecting her character. Like will she starve or get dehydrated if she isn't logged in and playing but I am? I wouldn't think so from what I know of multiplayer but i've never actually played Ark online. Also will there still be a tether? I don't want to go explore and start dragging her suddenly because the host doesn't get to see the tether distance to their partner. TLDR: Can i play local Co-Op with the other player i've been playing with not being there? What are the effects? [link] [comments]  |

I just tried to run alpha and after timer finished in ob; I was instantly greeted with white screen saying all dino's died and getting placed back into obelisk. Posted: 25 Feb 2019 09:54 AM PST When I bought three maps from Nitrado about 5 days ago, and found no one could access the maps, I called Nitrado. They changed one of maps IP addresses for me onto a working machine. The other two are still dead. Ive called them 4 times since then with no luck. They always say "ok it will be fixed now just check in 15 minutes. " My community is frustrated with Nitrado. I am absolutely frustrated with them. I've been hosting with them over a year now. I can't find any other place to host. Anyone else know of a good site? It have Nitrado and Wildcard got together and schemed to monopolize all the other sites out of business ? Lol Edit : maybe I'm stupid but I'm pretty sure I'm stuck with them as they are the only hosting service. [link] [comments]  |
