| Posted: 28 Mar 2019 10:23 AM PDT Just floating an idea mostly for the Devs. but what if they created the mesh to be similar to placing C4 on a raft and a non ending electrical storm. Sure people would be able to get under the mesh but they wouldn't be able to do a majority of anything. This could lead to fewer bases being meshed. Granted, they would have to work on some issues with making Sure the electrical storms only affected regions IN the mesh. [link] [comments]  | ||
| ARK's reporting system and the enforcement team Posted: 28 Mar 2019 06:07 AM PDT HAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHA We got meshed and gave them proof, the same tribe was then aimbotting, we had a dev on discord reply to say that Battleye was dealing with it for then 24 hours later they came and aimbotted again... Everytime we reported it this is the copy and paste macro response they gave to every single person: "Thank you for your report. If you have any further evidence or information you wish to provide, please do not hesitate to get in touch by responding directly to this thread. If there are other reports you wish to make concerning other players or tribes, please create a new report. Due to player privacy, we are unable to discuss the status of the investigation." What happened to the enforcement team that would once only take 5 mins to pop in game to check for them aimbotting/meshing etc to ban there ass? Your presence isn't even seen anymore. Its a fucking joke again. At one point people was actually worried to do it due to your reaction times. It only works in your favour, don't bother with HWID bans, these bellends buying new accounts and then the DLC's everytime pays for you to keep banning them WILDCARD / VALOR / ENFORCEMENT TEAM. | Reconsider Classic PVP breakdown Posted: 28 Mar 2019 10:19 AM PDT I am not against them closing Conquest in such a short notice. We knew they are temporary experiences which were said to change time to time. The pop on these servers were steadily declining as well. I want to discuss changes that should be made to the Classic PVP style of gameplay being introduced.
For a 4 server cluster, this is a very low rate. Please consider using 4-5x if you want to keep a cluster of 4.
I hope you consider this as well. If you will leave the rate to 2x, think of introducing at least 3 Centers,Islands,Rags,Scorched per cluster.

| Posted: 27 Mar 2019 03:47 PM PDT Conquest when launched was pretty active. As time went on, the community of conquest diminished but never depleted. Even now after the announcement of their deletion they maintain 100-350 players throughout the day, before the announcement it was 400-800. I have personally over 3,000 hours on conquest, and like myself many people have put thousands of hours into breeding. Conquest is not that popular of a mode by any means, but there exist much less popular modes that have not foregone deletion, and yet Conquest is given a 7 day notice that all the work we have put into it, is being deleted and being replaced by... well we don't know what yet. I'm not sure what kind of business practice this is, but the amount of information out there for what conquest is being replaced with, on top of the short notice, is a huge spit in the face to the players who played conquest. Conquest itself wasn't even much more dead than official, many conquest servers would maintain 15-30 players actively, with PvP wars happening every other day between the large tribes. Ragnarok servers were constantly filled with new players. So yes while conquest has a smaller player-base than Official and 6m, it was not much less than official and does it really warrant giving a 7 day notice to delete thousands of hours put forth by so many players on conquest? Instead of removing the servers with no large bases or tribes and consolidating it, and using those servers for Classic PvP(Classic PvP will not need 100 servers on launch, you can look at conquest launch with 40 and see the activity on them, after a week only a few servers had more than 20 players until new clusters would open up and then be merged). You are choosing to delete hundreds of players thousands of hours, and give us no information and tell us "There is a lot more information to come." How is this ok? [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 27 Mar 2019 02:46 PM PDT I have a level 12 raptor and I wanted to have it collecting meat for me so I dropped it off on one of the southern beaches. It wasn't collecting anything so I set it to aggressive and it was killing everything in site going from one dino to the next. My question is if I leave it like this will it get itself killed by taking on 3 trikes for example? [link] [comments]  |
