| Issue with base building flat ground (noob - The Island single player) Posted: 30 Jul 2019 11:46 PM PDT I'm a fairly new player trying out ARK in single player on PS4 and I cannot seem to find any decent spots to build a base since all of the ground seems to be VERY irregular and the foundations clip into the ground. Is every map like this or are there maps where you can easily build on a flat surface? Also am I missing some good spots in the island or is it known for being bad for base building? I need to build a 10x10 base. If there aren't any spots, then any tips to deal with it? [link] [comments]  |
