Aquatic Dinos and Wild Level Distribution

Just curious if Dinos with no Oxygen stat still have levels distributed to it pre-tame. Given that flyers don't get movement speed but still have the stat, I'm not sure if that's the case or not. I tamed a Baryonyx earlier and it apparently has either 50 level s in movement speed, or 50 levels combined between movement speed and oxygen. Either way kind of sucks, but as I'm SP it doesn't matter too much. Just a level boost and more torpor if it is all movement speed.
