| Posted: 30 Dec 2019 05:15 AM PST Are turrets really that much of a deterrent? My tribe is fairly high level and have a very well defended base location with many, many turrets. All generators and junction boxes are double hidden in metal, but we haven't raided anyone, not much interest in it, so we have very little experience in attacking. Anyway, over the weekend, 2 guys turned up max level, one on a Griffin and one on a Wyvern, both very high level. They landed on the perimeter wall and put in the chat box: Them: "hey great base" Us: "thanks" Them: "mind turning the turrets off so we can come and see it" Us: "absolutely not" Them: "do it or we destroy everything" 20 minute standoff Us: "not happening!" They then just left and never came back. I would have thought at that level, a few turrets are just trivial. Did we just call their bluff, or do you think they are prepping an assault? | Posted: 29 Dec 2019 11:44 PM PST Hi, I'm wondering if someone could give me some advice. I'm playing single, ps4, I have no internet access and no psn account. I put about 8 hours of game play into an account, I exited the game through the "exit to menu" option and when I went to boot it up again my save was deleted. I closed the software and tried again, this time my survivor was level 2 (from 30) and all stats restarted, I had some berries and a pick axe, no craftables had saved. The map had saved however. Anyway, the game is fun but I'm not really interested in it if I can't continue a save file. Restarting every time seems like it will get old. Any ideas how I can avoid this if I try again? | Posted: 29 Dec 2019 11:33 AM PST So ive been playing single player for awhile, exclusively on the island, and I am to the point that I want\need a few hard to find dinos. I have been searching for about 2 weeks or longer and cannot find any of what im looking for. Looking for: Rex Allosaurus Thylecoleo I know that some of these are rare on the Island, but I am seeing 0, not just low lvl ones, I mean I have never seen a Thylecoleo. I have only seen 2 Rex's the entire time ive played, and have maybe only seen 6 or 8 Allosaurus's my entire playtime. So my question: Am I being impatient, or should I jump to a different map to find some? [link] [comments]  |
