    Want ark to be more challenging. Have over 720 hours in game, starting to get bored.

    Can somebody help give my some like either settings or mods that can make ark more challenging but no too grindy. It's a thing in where I have a little bit over 720 hours in game and I'm starting to get completely bored of the game like 20 minutes in because I've started this so many times before. And I would love to do an actual full vanilla ish ascension, because out of those 720 hours I've never done any ark story boss battles and I would love to do them. And I would love to build giants bases and tame all the creatures I can and breed and mutate creatures. And then build any army of Dino's to fight the bosses. I think it's more of not a question of what to do to make ark more challenging but a question of what to do to make sure I don't get bored 20 minutes.

    Not sure if i lose stats when baby gets attacked?

    My rock drake a friend and i are raising from birth got attacked by some nameless (we eventually killed and the baby was fine) and i can't find a straight answer as to whether or not it will lose some of the bonuses it would have gotten had it never been attacked. I know if i knock out something like a trike and it gets attacked i will lose some taming effectiveness, does that apply here?

    My tribe made got pregnant by a 140 reaper, 2 nights ago. He has killed a ton of things and has earned no XP for his baby. This really gives us no incentive to even go through with the birth. Why is this happening? @wildcard

    Timed out?

    I just got the game a couple of days ago for the PS4. Today I tried playing and couldn't join any official servers and kept getting timed out.

    Is there any solution to fix this?

    Simple Pistol appeared in inventory

    I was on top of a cliff and I saw an Alpha Raptor eating a carcass downhill. I killed it from afar easily while he was distracted eating. In my inventory appeared the Rex Bone Helmet and the Raptor Claw, as expected, however, also appeared a simple pistol. Reminded they all just appeared on my inventory, I didn't loot.

    My question is, is the pistol supposed to be a drop from the Alpha Raptor? Or is it a bug?

    Ark Closing By Itself

    Heya fellow survivors! Recently gotten back into playing Ark, encountered an issue. Playing on the PS4, put said PS4 into sleep mode since I've got stuff and things to do, come back to Ark and it's closed itself down. The PS4 settings for closing stuff in rest mode is turned off. This has never happened before and is rather annoying. Any ideas for a fix? TIA. Edit: Forgot to mention I'm playing single player.

    Good base spots on ragnorok

    Where are some good base spots not to far from metal and other resources. i play offline solo or coop with a friend with slightly boosted settings. im early to mid game and and my base isnt to far from viking bay right now and would like a decently sized flat spot not to far from water.

    Having two Island separate worlds

    So, I'm playing a single player Island map, and I want to build a huge house, but I wanted to test different designs first before spending all the material.

    My idea was to have a separate map where I could build using creative mod as freely as I want, so, is it possible to have two differente island maps in the same game? One purely survival and one purely creative?

    Recruiting for PC Cluster

    Hello! Myself and a group of friends have recently started hosting our own Cluster of Ark Servers. We are looking for new members to play on our server. The rates are slightly boosted but not so boosted that the game is pointless. We encourage pvp but also want people to do so in a respectable manner such as online raiding in order to increase server activity.

    The Main map of the cluster is Extinction. We have another map that rotates based on what the players vote for each week which will be changing to monthly rotations once the server hits a decent population(currently we average between 5-10 active). In addition to that, we plan on adding a Genesis map to the cluster upon launch.
