| Large Packs of Mobs Spawning on Me in Artic? Posted: 04 Apr 2020 04:37 PM PDT This was on official pve. I was just out in Artic NE down the river near one of the metal obelisk type structures, and no mobs were near me. Opened my map to put down a marker and suddenly two dire bears, 3 direwolves, 2 argents and a daedon just a spawn right on top of me. I lost two good tames and died. I thought it might be lag related, so I go back with another dino to get my stuff back. Find my body and find my tames bag. Start to port out with HLNA and the mobs instantly appear on me again. I ran a bit of a ways this time before I died again but when I died my tame was again surrounded by the mobs getting mauled so I figured I'd lost another. Port back one more time and find my stuff again and my tame is still there. The mobs vanished. My question is how did this happen? Was this triggered by standing on a certain spot or did it have something to do with being close to a mission area and some other players running a mission caused them to spawn like?
