    Dragon/Tek Cave/Overseer advice please?

    Hi all!

    Me and my friend are hardcore noobs. We play a private server just as a duo and generally just so things our own way.

    We play on very slightly increased stats but nothing we consider "op".

    We finally decided to play the story side of the game and have hit the point where the dragon is the first step we have never explored.

    I've done some strategy research on the dragon, Tek cave and overseer and just looking for any tips or advise on our current plans.

    All on gamma btw because noobs.

    For the dragon I'm preparing to run 18 therizinos with mastercraft saddles and veggi cakes for each of them (not sure how many we need) + 2 Yuty for us to ride, buff and command the therizinos from.

    For the Tek cave I believe we can take 50 Dino's inside but only 20 for the overseer fight? For this I wanted to take in 8 therizino, 8 rex and 2 deadons as I believe the therizinos are a safe bet for the dragon phase? Wondering if rexes suffice for this? For the Tek cave itself I planned to just take in a whole bunch of allosaurus to clear the cave and make way for the boss tames to get through easy.

    Welcoming literally any advice on this because it's just concocted from random prices of advice on the internet. Everyone seems to do it different 🥰

    How to validate if a event is active

    I run a unofficial server using LGSM. I have added the -ActiveEvent=FearEvolved switch to my configuration. When I start the server I can see that the event switch is working:

    ./ShooterGameServer TheIsland?AltSaveDirectoryName=TheIsland?listen?MultiHome=0.0.0.0?MaxPlayers=10?QueryPort=<REMOVED>?RCONPort=<REMOVED>?Port=<REMOVED> -automanagedmods -crossplay -PublicIPForEpic=<REMOVED> -ActiveEvent=FearEvolved

    But over the last couple days I have not seen a single thing in game that would show that the event was actually started. Is there anyway to verify? Maybe via the admin console?

    what to keep in mind when building a base on pve?

    I've lost all my dinos because I started on north east of ragnarok map and it's a spawn for giganotosaurus, I don't have farming dinos so farming the resources for the iron behemoth gates aren't an option, I have no idea where to rebuild, there's any dinosaurs spawn I should avoid? should I keep my dinosaurs indoors? is stone enough?

    Question about Clusters

    Does anyone know if there are any possible settings (modifying in files, mods, etc) that would allow someone to download, upload, and/or transfer between an ark cluster and a different unofficial server that's not connected to that cluster?

    If there's some code or something that enables that please let me know how to do it.

    RCon Commands and .ini File Xbox Help

    So I started up my own server for me and my friends to play on. I looked up the commands and I have gotten a good amount of them to work. The only ones I am having some real issue is, is the extinction, and Genesis engram commands. When I put the command in on the command line it won't unlock the engrams even though I am already past the engrams in question. Does anybody have codes that I can use to unlock them or do I have to get those specific servers and put all of them in a cluster?

    Also, I am having a hard time looking for commands to adjust spawn rates of Dinos. Does anybody know how I can do this? I know many people are saying the .ini file but where do I find this for my server.

    So I'm playing Valguero and trying to get some deinonychus that I can transfer to other maps for bosses and stuff, but no nests seem to be spawning which means no eggs which results in no tamed deinos. I play on Xbox so I don't know if that affects anything, it's just kinda annoying because there's still groups of deinos spawning where the nests should be but no nests, please help
